I’ve been extremely pleased with GymGuyz from start to finish ( we are never done though, are we ). From initial in-home assessment , to the first workouts with my trainer Juan… they completely helped me get back on track and make lifestyle changes to incorporate exercise in to my regular routine . In 5 short months of working out with them, the results have been noticeable (my goal was to get leaner )… and I feel stronger after every workout . The team is very accommodating , flexible with scheduling changes, and most importantly for a guy like me in my 40’s… knew what to do on weeks where I had random injuries completely unrelated to workouts. The best part for me, was the ease of doing the workouts at home … mixed with equipment I have and equipment GymGuyz brought to sessions. No need to worry about equipment/stations being available at the gym …. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them if you’re on the fence … it’s been well worth the investment .. and should be for anyone … now nutrition … that’s a whole other story (just my weakness!). That’s next !

My wife and I hired a pool service to replaster our swimming pool, and the whole pool renovation process was much easier than we expected. John came out, measured everything, looked over the pool surface, and got a quote back to us quickly. We had looked at a wide range of pool plaster prices for a pool our size, and this one was very fair. Even though the price was on the lower side, the quality, communication, and pool care advice made us feel confident from the start. After we moved forward, the team stayed in touch and explained more pool finish options than we had originally considered, including details like step tile upgrades and other surface touches. We started with a green pool that had old paint peeling and chipping, and they handled the draining process smoothly. A few heavy Florida storms slowed things down a little, but the crew kept us updated the whole time and stayed professional. The pool prep team did an excellent job removing the old surface and getting everything ready for the new plaster. Then the replaster crew arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and completed the plaster application and started the refill the same day. It was clear they really care about the condition of your pool, the water quality, and making sure the finish cures the right way. What stood out most was how helpful they were with startup instructions, pool chemicals, and water balance. They clearly explained what products to use, what to avoid, and how to keep the chemistry at the right levels during the first week. That kind of pool maintenance guidance is extremely valuable and not something every pool company provides. The final result was a bright white plaster pool with clean, clear water, and the transformation from a worn-out green pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool cleaning, pool resurfacing, plaster work, or other pool services, and I would gladly use them again for future pool care and maintenance.

I just visited Salon Dulay for the first time and had a wonderful haircut experience with Sarah K. She really listened to my hair concerns and was so helpful in providing suggestions for my hair type and style. My haircut looks fantastic (loved the shampoo and arm massage as well!)! It's always a little nerve-wracking on the first visit to a salon, but Sarah (and everyone there) made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend! :)

I have been here twice already and both times they were not insanely busy. The techs are very nice and understanding and try their best to make your experience comfortable and easy. The shop is very clean! The pedicures are amazing and they never cut my cuticles too far (like other places ive been to.) Jennifer did my french tip full set today and she was awesome. She was very quick but still made sure to shape and paint correctly. I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

I came in for a late appointment and already felt bad about it since I’m back to work and life as a mom is busier than ever. But Ginnie made me feel completely at ease. She is an absolute perfectionist in the best sense — so detailed, so patient, and you can genuinely tell she loves what she does. The thought she puts into her work shows in every single nail. She clearly keeps up with the latest colors, trends, and inspo too, which just takes it to another level. At the end, she even asked for my reaction on the color, which I loved — it’s the little things! I’ve been going here for years and Henry does my nails. He is great and so calming. I recently had a baby and today my husband was working. I had to bring her with me. Half way through my appt she decided to be very fussy. We had to stop so I can change her then she just wanted to be held. Kelly that works here came over as she seen me stressed with my baby crying. She asked to help and pick her up. Of course I said yes. She was able to calm my baby down while Henry finished my nails. It made me want to cry happy tears. As a first time mom this truly meant a lot. This isn’t just a random nail place that feels like a factory. They truly care! All the girls came over to talk to my baby while I finished up. We have been bringing our dog, Rey, to Chain of Lakes since she was a puppy, and there is no one we trust more with her care. Everyone is incredibly kind and treats Rey as if she were their own. Communication is also fantastic! The ability to text the office and receive a quick response has been invaluable and has saved us from many unnecessary trips down the Google worry rabbit hole. We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. A great welcoming staff who checked us in and then the veterinarian assistant who walked us back to the exam room and was taking our information who was very helpful and very informative and caring for our fur babies. Then we met the caring Vetenarian who was so dedicated to caring for our puppies and informing us about their health and well being in addition to giving us so much helpful information to help train our puppies. All while are puppies felt very comfortable and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end.
Dr Qasim and his staff are professional,smart, loving care to all our dogs. They always provide detailed care given both written and verbal to make the decisions. They work almost 24/7 and answer all our questions. I feel this is the best Veterinary in the area.
