Michael & Tim showed up and saved the day this morning! When I called this morning at 7:30 the earliest someone was supposed to be able to be to me to fix my broken AC was at the end of the day.
To my great surprise my doorbell rang at 9AM and my heros had arrived. They got the system repaired and up and running with a new motor in under 2 hours and I am so happy. :)
Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion getting our AC back online asap. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.
