Richa, the sales manager was flexible and accommodating. He responded to our calls and emails promptly. They were able to schedule our installation quickly, called and texted when the technician was on their way, and showed up when they said they would.“

They also have a great preventative maintenance program that utilizes semi annual, quarterly and monthly inspections based on the customers needs.“

“I don’t think our AC problem was an easy one to troubleshoot, but the technician was up to the task and correctly identified the issue and fixed the system.“

“Edit: Found out the zero percent financing discussed was not zero percent. Waychoff bought out Air McCall since my installation and finance setup and now no one is willing to help correct. I was promised follow up by Mike Lombardi and nothing came of it. I've made calls back and get transferred around with no one able to help. One person even transferred me to Fenwick... It would seem I was intentionally deceived by the sales rep Courtney to secure the sale.

“Wow!!! What a great AC company!!! Del-Air Jacksonville really came through for us today!!! Supervisor Max Morse really trains his employees right. His tech named Adeltram just installed a Hard-Start Kit, Contactor, and Capacitor on our Trane outside AC unit and boy did he know his stuff!!!
Adeltram was extremely kind and extremely intelligent. From now on, I'm ONLY calling Del-Air!!!

“Man Floridian Plumbing to rescue again!!!! 4 months ago sink wouldn’t drain. Now shower pipe busted. Had to shutoff my water at the main. I was freaking out cause it’s Saturday. I didn’t think this would get fixed til Monday. I didn’t even finish my coffee and they were already here. Repiped my shower In no time. Best company in the world. Thank you!!!!“

“I am now a retired HVAC work leader from a hospital on the coast of Virginia as well as had my own residential HVAC company at the same time. I noticed that the aluminum coils on most equipment on the coast would gaul quickly reducing the average life expectancy from 12-15 years to around 8 years. I mandated use of Bronz-Glow or coils made of copper to get maximum life from the systems often. The cost was well worth the extra life on equipment.“

“Really wish we could rate more than 5 stars! Hurricane Helene not only knocked out our power but also zapped a part of our AC unit. Calling Scott Air was so refreshing because they sympathetic and took our concerns seriously. They sent out a technician promptly and he was able to get us up and running that day, and the cost of everything was realistic and affordable. They did not take advantage of us and we can't say enough good things about this company. We plan to continue using their services in the future for maintenance.“
