“I've been using Mike Merritt Heating & Air since they installed my new system in 2016. I caused myself a late night AC emergency because I wasn't doing proper annual maintenance. My drain clogged and overflowed, drenching my kitchen ceiling downstairs and creating a real mess. The repair man, Ziad (spelling) was at my door at 7:30am the next morning to fix it. An hour and half later, my house was cooling again and all system maintenance was taken care of properly. I would have happily paid double what they charged me, but even in that chaos they charged a very fair and reasonable price. “They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. Sure enough, it was from the 1990's and not up to code.
Their team started work the next week. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with all their work. I feel safe with the upgraded electric and the A/C is cold and quiet. I highly recommend them. The price was great and so was the whole experience. I did not feel like I was cheated, it was a value to have the work down by people that know their craft.

Friend referred ACE and they were here within 2hrs of my call. Troy showed up, gave our 20+ yr unit a once over, said it was good that I replaced the 2 items, but the board was fried!
Since a new unit is in our near future, he worked some magic to get us thru the summer and will be using them this fall for a total replacement!
Great people to work with, professional & knowledgeable about HVAC - while Troy was here he took some notes about what we will need to replace, and was emailed an estimate within an hour - no rush, said wait til we are ready and they will schedule a day to come out and install!
