Strada did the electrical wiring in my home and installed the HVAC system. As part of my new home, they also provide the warranty on both of those. I've had a few dealings with Strada and their service team. What impresses me is how quickly they are usually able to schedule service, as well as their persistence in solving problems.
I experienced this with an HVAC problem in November, which took multiple service calls to fix, but has worked fine since and with an electrical problem. My recent experience with Strada Services was amazing. My heat went out during the recent cold spell. I contacted Strada and they sent a technician out that afternoon. The technician spent quite a bit of time determining what was causing the problem. She provided the options for repair and I asked for an estimate on replacement due to the age of my units. Within an hour I was provided with several options. My new units were installed two days later. The installers arrived timely and did an excellent job. Answered all my questions. Overall it was a positive experience.
