I had a consultation this AM with Taylor and Raquel for microneedling. I had consultations at two other med spas prior to this and I’m so glad I came here before booking elsewhere. They were both super informative and I was very impressed by the free VISIA face assessment report. They offered recommendations for skin care products without being pushy and there was no pressure to buy them. I ended up purchasing two out of the five recommended products and also scheduled a few microneedling sessions since they offer a 20% discount off your first purchase for new patients.
It was my first time getting a hydrofacial. Joni did a great job explaining the process. The decor is inviting and calming. The location can be confusing because the space is located inside a building with a lot of other beauty business.

It had been over 2 years since I had my haircut and colored. The last couple of times I've had my hair styled by someone I didn't know, I was very disappointed. So needless to say, I went in very nervous. Michelle did such an amazing job! I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for, and she went above and beyond and made it so much better. Originally had a hard time getting answers to my questions on line - but decided to take a chance and just book an appointment. My stylist was Mara and she spent alot of time asking me questions about my hair - my issues with it and what would work for me. Actually she gave the best consult i have ever had. I opted for a hair cut with a strong keritin. i am very happy with the haircut. Mara was the first one in a long time to suggest some face framing on the cut which i love. Mara was really outstanding on the keritin treatment. I have had MANY and they can be stressful but Mara had the lightest touch - i wouldn't even have known she was doing a keritin. My hair came out amazing!! Mara also showed me some ways to style my hair and suggested certain tools. She could not have been sweeter or more helpful. It was expensive but if it lasts the 5 months it's supposed to it will be well worth it and i will be back. Thank you Mara!!

I am so happy with my hair balyage color! April did perfect coloring and conditioning that my hair actually is shiny again. I haven't seen shine in my hair in 10 years! She has guided me on hair care and brought my hair back to life following so much damage and distress! I brought my daughter to have her hair colored for her bday. Amanda went above and beyond to get my daughter’s hair the exact way that she wanted it. She even took extra time out of her day and her efforts did not go unnoticed. My daughter is feeling beautiful and confident now.
I found this place just by googling salons. I wanted to get my hair dye and a cut and every place I went to never did it right. Lilly dis my hair perfectly. She brought out my curls and dye my hair the color I wanted. I will be bring my girls to her when they get a little bit older.

Cheryl Lynn called me back Monday afternoon, and I was beyond impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. She recommended alternative products and made the exchange process completely seamless when I came in later that day.
Even though I don’t live close by and typically use another salon, I would definitely recommend receiving services here. The level of customer service truly stands out.

I had my first spray tan experience with Sarah at Soleil Bronzing Studio and it was amazing! Sarah was very personable to make you feel comfortable through the whole process. I got my spray tan on Wednesday and have been in the pool + hot tub prior to our event Friday and the tan lasts really well!
I just tried them out for the first time since moving up here and they did my nails so amazing!! This is definitely a place I will be back. Mike did such a great job on my nails, and the place was very clean and a chill vibe!

I was seen quickly and Tony really took his time making sure I was completely happy with everything about my nails. He has a great attention to detail and was very gentle. This Salon saved me .. sounds silly its not ! Thea who runs this Salon is exceptional in her customer service ! As a rivertown resident this salon serves a large area of St Johns . Not just women I see men getting pedicures all the time ! Thea is welcoming knows every customer by name and something about them . She runs this salon so effortlessly with so much class and personality. Thea Really cares about the customers and the employees. I came into the store in a really bad place in my life. She stayed open later to give me a pedicure and a manicure and talk to me . The staff is all friendly and professional. If you do decide to try Grand Nails make a appointment, they are busy! This salon is a welcoming place and I feel a part of the community. I will be a customer for life !!

Rinku is very professional and efficient at her job. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted by her for about a year and always leave very satisfied and relaxed. She gives a nice complimentary eyebrow and forehead massage after a threading job too! Her facials are very relaxing and my skin looks so much healthier afterwards. 10/10 recommend her

I called right before closing for an emergency dental visit, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. I sent them a photo of my son’s tooth, and within 15 seconds they told us to come in so he could have it pulled. The entire process was seamless, we were literally in and out within 30 minutes.

You’ve got to try this rare form of massage if you’re looking for real relief. I went in with a painful shoulder that was relieved after my first session with Wanda.
Be prepared to experience a completely different type of massage than your typical Swedish or deep tissue. It’s kind of hard to explain her work, but it’s not your traditional type of massage. It’s more like a form of body work where she uses several different techniques to get your muscles to relax without grinding into the actual muscles. Feels like she actually works the areas or tissue surrounding the muscles to get them to relax, and really knows what she’s doing.
I was so impressed when she detected an old injury that I’d sustained without my sharing this information. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before in all my decades of receiving massages (I’ll be 50 this year). Such a mystical experience.
I was actually skeptical after leaving my 1st session, but I ended up feeling better and my shoulder pain was greatly diminished. By the next day I had no pain, and was cooking and cleaning and felt better than I had in weeks. I’ve been back for a 2nd session and can tell you that she really takes her time to understand what’s going on with your body. Wanda is great and I highly recommend her.

I recently had surgery and Jennifer was super conscientious about it and wanted to ensure I was comfortable.
