It was my first time getting a hydrofacial. Joni did a great job explaining the process. The decor is inviting and calming. The location can be confusing because the space is located inside a building with a lot of other beauty business.

I had my hair cut and styled by Julia Vrapi for a New Years gig and her work was outstanding. She knows her craft well and consulted me on what would be most beneficial for my face shape and hair condition, my hair went from thin and wispy split ends to beautiful bouncy gorgeous curls that exceeded my expectations. She is a true stylist and I will be requesting her for all of my future styles and cuts!!
It had been over 2 years since I had my haircut and colored. The last couple of times I've had my hair styled by someone I didn't know, I was very disappointed. So needless to say, I went in very nervous. Michelle did such an amazing job! I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for, and she went above and beyond and made it so much better. I am so happy with my hair balyage color! April did perfect coloring and conditioning that my hair actually is shiny again. I haven't seen shine in my hair in 10 years! She makes great suggestions, so if you don't know what you want she'll be able to guide you. I got my brows waxed by her this time and they are very clean and neat! I absolutely love coming to Liz. She specializes in color, curly cuts, and silk presses! She is very versatile so if you need your hair done or brows waxed, go to Liz!!!

I went out of my way to visit this salon because they carried a specific lotion I was looking for, and it was 100% worth the trip!
I was accidentally sold a glitter bronzer (nothing wrong with the product, just not my preference). I called the next day and was told a manager would follow up. Cheryl Lynn called me back Monday afternoon, and I was beyond impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. She recommended alternative products and made the exchange process completely seamless when I came in later that day.
Even though I don’t live close by and typically use another salon, I would definitely recommend receiving services here. The level of customer service truly stands out.

I had my first spray tan experience with Sarah at Soleil Bronzing Studio and it was amazing! Sarah was very personable to make you feel comfortable through the whole process. I got my spray tan on Wednesday and have been in the pool + hot tub prior to our event Friday and the tan lasts really well!

I went today for the first time based on the reviews, and I am so glad that I did! The online appointment tool is very convenient, and I was able to secure a same day appointment. I was seen quickly and Tony really took his time making sure I was completely happy with everything about my nails. He has a great attention to detail and was very gentle. This Salon saved me .. sounds silly its not ! Thea who runs this Salon is exceptional in her customer service ! As a rivertown resident this salon serves a large area of St Johns . Not just women I see men getting pedicures all the time ! Thea is welcoming knows every customer by name and something about them . She runs this salon so effortlessly with so much class and personality. Thea Really cares about the customers and the employees. I came into the store in a really bad place in my life. She stayed open later to give me a pedicure and a manicure and talk to me . The staff is all friendly and professional. If you do decide to try Grand Nails make a appointment, they are busy! This salon is a welcoming place and I feel a part of the community. I will be a customer for life !!

Rinku is very professional and efficient at her job. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted by her for about a year and always leave very satisfied and relaxed. She gives a nice complimentary eyebrow and forehead massage after a threading job too! Her facials are very relaxing and my skin looks so much healthier afterwards. 10/10 recommend her

I recently moved from out of town. This was my first visit. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The dentist, Dr. Cabrera was so kind and explained everything to me. The hygienist Dayami, made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She even used warm water to help with my sensitive teeth. Every nook and cranny of my teeth were cleaned one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.
The entire staff is absolutely superb! Could not be more pleased with the professional knowledge and competency of everyone I dealt with.

You’ve got to try this rare form of massage if you’re looking for real relief. I went in with a painful shoulder that was relieved after my first session with Wanda.
Be prepared to experience a completely different type of massage than your typical Swedish or deep tissue. It’s kind of hard to explain her work, but it’s not your traditional type of massage. It’s more like a form of body work where she uses several different techniques to get your muscles to relax without grinding into the actual muscles. Feels like she actually works the areas or tissue surrounding the muscles to get them to relax, and really knows what she’s doing.
I was so impressed when she detected an old injury that I’d sustained without my sharing this information. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before in all my decades of receiving massages (I’ll be 50 this year). Such a mystical experience.
I was actually skeptical after leaving my 1st session, but I ended up feeling better and my shoulder pain was greatly diminished. By the next day I had no pain, and was cooking and cleaning and felt better than I had in weeks. I’ve been back for a 2nd session and can tell you that she really takes her time to understand what’s going on with your body. Wanda is great and I highly recommend her.
Went in for a 90min massage with Beth and I'm very happy. Prior to making my appointment back in early May, I'd never heard of neuromuscular therapy. I did my research and instantly wanted to see if this was a solution to my pain. I called right ahead and scheduled the first appointment I was able to get. On the phone Beth was very helpful with information, they were booked up for a while, but that just meant to me they were good at what they do and my assumption wasn't wrong. For a few years I've had pain in my upper shoulders and neck area, waking up with aches, and always feeling tense. I've gone to a few chain spas and although they are relaxing and feel good, never did I get the relief I had here. Beth was super sweet, she asked me a few questions about focus areas and whether or not I prefer to talk during my sessions or keep quiet. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. Today is the day after my massage and woke up feeling refreshed. My back is a little tender from working out the knots but I was fully anticipating some discomfort. I already feel "looser" for lack of better words. For my 90 minute session it was a very reasonable $110 not including a tip. I will definitely be coming back and recommending people to come here as well. Very much worth it!
