Aaron came to our home and provided a great estimate! He was very professional, but did not use industry jargon to try to cause confusion or sell us something we didn't need. When we signed our agreement, Aaron was quick to respond and set up the installation within a couple of days! Even though he was under the weather, he did a great job! The installers arrived in a timely manner the day of our appointment, took about 5.5 hours to replace our old system with the new one (compressor and air handler only, no duct work). The only thing that I would have hoped they had done, is call or text when they were on their way for the installation.

I needed a new A/C system for my house, and Avalon was the third company to provide estimates. Aaron Seiger came and gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and presented various manufacturers and SEER rating options, all at GREAT prices! Spent the next few days evaluating my options, and Aaron promptly addressed all my questions throughout. Ultimately decided to have Avalon install a new Carrier HVAC system. I can't say enough about this company—highly recommended. Give Aaron a call if you need a new A/C.
