Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived to hearing me screaming on my back porch, I was trying to get my fur baby inside the house while keeping my eye on a snake that made way on my porch. He was very instrumental in removing the snake from my porch, it took some time, but he took the time to get the snake outside, then completed the maintenance on the A/C. You don't meet people like Randy often, but man did he arrive just in time!! Thanks again Randy!“
