Called Air to Air, inc regarding an rattle in my outside AC unit. They arrived at the designated time and called approximately 10 mins before arrival to let me know they were on the way. My technician was Reggie and he was amazingly thorough. He was pleasant, professional and it was like talking with an old friend. He found the rattling culprit which just needed a quick tightening, serviced the unit and gave me some pointers on regular maintenance. Big shout out to Reggie and Air to Air . Thanks for keeping me cool!
I did my normal service check up,the technician Chris came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system and explained everything about what he was doing by the time he was finished I understood what was wrong with my unit and the cost of the repairs. I would have Chris back to service my unit.
Great work by Chris T assessing and replacing a part on my HVAC unit late in the afternoon/early evening. Chris is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and hard working. Most importantly - he has an extremely positive attitude and was willing to work as long as necessary to solve the issue. Highly recommend!
