Jacob was the second technician that they had come out to my house. He was informative. He fixed the issue and knew the problem right away. Very professional and I appreciate him for coming out and helping me. Not having AC has been a headache and I knew something else had to be going wrong besides a clog because this is a new system not even a year and a half old and Jacob looked right at the system and he identified the issue. I appreciate professionalism and great customer service and this company provided that for me.

Called Air to Air, inc regarding an rattle in my outside AC unit. They arrived at the designated time and called approximately 10 mins before arrival to let me know they were on the way. My technician was Reggie and he was amazingly thorough. He was pleasant, professional and it was like talking with an old friend. He found the rattling culprit which just needed a quick tightening, serviced the unit and gave me some pointers on regular maintenance. Big shout out to Reggie and Air to Air . Thanks for keeping me cool!
