“Epic-Cure's (a local food pantry serving 1,000 St. Johns families each week) landlord was not interested in helping us cover the cost of installing air conditioning in the unit we consolidated into. We have to have air conditioning, not for our comfort, but for food preservation. Knowing that we consolidated to save money, Charles (Tuesday volunteer) called his friends at Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning to see if they could help us out. They did the job at material cost saving us $7,000. They are hometown heroes in our book.“
“I am now a retired HVAC work leader from a hospital on the coast of Virginia as well as had my own residential HVAC company at the same time. I noticed that the aluminum coils on most equipment on the coast would gaul quickly reducing the average life expectancy from 12-15 years to around 8 years. I mandated use of Bronz-Glow or coils made of copper to get maximum life from the systems often. The cost was well worth the extra life on equipment.“

“We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it. We gained more space in our laundry room, we have the efficiency of a tankless heater and the finished product is minimal. 5 Stars for Advanced Air!Service: Install water heater“
