Wow!!! What a great AC company!!! Del-Air Jacksonville really came through for us today!!! Supervisor Max Morse really trains his employees right. His tech named Adeltram just installed a Hard-Start Kit, Contactor, and Capacitor on our Trane outside AC unit and boy did he know his stuff!!!
Adeltram was extremely kind and extremely intelligent. From now on, I'm ONLY calling Del-Air!!!

I signed a contract with Del-Air for a new unit on 5-2-24. The financing was thru Service Finance. On 5-8-24 the unit was installed & I called my sales rep and told him I did not want the $3500 extended warranty. He would check with his supervisor & call back. No call back. I finally received a welcome letter from Service Finance on 6-6-24, almost a month later. The amount financed was the cost of the unit, no extended warranty. Great, it was handled.
I received an email from Del-Air of 6-24, with a bill for the extended warranty, $3500. I called and gave my info & description of problem to Amber, receptionist. She said I would get a call from the supervisor....read full review
I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Max and Bryan at Del Air. They diligently worked through a very challenging air conditioning issue. They never gave up or left me stranded . They actually deserve 10 stars. The reason they have 5 stars from customers is because they care about people!!!! When you are looking for help with your air conditioning, plumbing or electrical needs..... Call Del Air. Thank you Max and Brian.
