“It was 95 degrees out and I called Falstreaux to fix my HVAC. They sent a guy out for a free diagnosis. Now it being Friday and 1 hour before closing they diagnosed the problem but seemed rushed to get home also (turned out to not be the problem) and also they didn’t have parts readily available. Would not have fixed it until the next week. This was not acceptable.
Cook’s air conditioning and heating wanted my business so bad that they came out after working hours when the sun was down and the mosquitoes were out, they put in the work had the part readily available would’ve outsourced the part the next morning if they had to with their connections. They went the extra mile. My point of contact was Jerry and Michael was the technician that dodged snakes and fixed our HVAC and made our home livable once again.
Now the pricing. Google AI was accurate to what I was quoted. It’s pricy not gonna lie. But the work and dedication says a lot about this company so I will not complain.
