A/C Service:
Today I had air conditioning maintenance done by Ethan from J&W Heating and Air. J&W called ahead to let me know that he was on the way. Ethan arrived on time, and was very courteous, and very professional. He spent several minutes with me afterwards going over my current a/c unit and the few things he found that he noted as small issues. My unit is 12 years old and I have kept up on the maintenance and always have the unit cleaned and serviced twice a year. This is my first a/c maintenance with J&W. I was pleased with the service.

Great experience all around. Bob in sales was great. Very informative and no pushy sales tactics. Shaman was the install lead. He was very respectful, and did an excellent job installing the unit and explaining everything.

Jamari did an excellent job doing a platinum service on both our air handler units. Job was very thorough and all points were addressed as promised. Jamari was polite, knowledgeable and very informative. Very happy with the service performed.
