8/23- Excellent 1st time experience for annual svc. Reasonable pricing for 2 visits / yr. Tommy was an excellent, efficient, and thorough technician. We plan to continue to use McGowans in the future to svc our HVAC. THANK YOU! 2/24- Again, believed we received excellent service from our tech Tommy, and McGowans. Very thorough in servicing our Trane system, which is now going on 8 years in age. We would love for our appliances and systems to last forever, but its time to consider some repair, and/or replacement options as we move forward in time. Just had out maintenance done on our air conditioner by McGowens. Our technician was Nico and he was outstanding and took his time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I will request him all the time, thanks Nico

Shout out to Lexia, she was very proactive in resolving the issue. I wish there are more employees like her everywhere. This company is very reputable, but you still do need to keep an eye of their finishing work and track of what they promise. Other than that, they are very willing to suit your budget with quality units.
