“They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. Sure enough, it was from the 1990's and not up to code.
Their team started work the next week. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with all their work. I feel safe with the upgraded electric and the A/C is cold and quiet. I highly recommend them. The price was great and so was the whole experience. I did not feel like I was cheated, it was a value to have the work down by people that know their craft.

“I am now a retired HVAC work leader from a hospital on the coast of Virginia as well as had my own residential HVAC company at the same time. I noticed that the aluminum coils on most equipment on the coast would gaul quickly reducing the average life expectancy from 12-15 years to around 8 years. I mandated use of Bronz-Glow or coils made of copper to get maximum life from the systems often. The cost was well worth the extra life on equipment.“

“?Croft Heating is an outstanding company! In 2023, we purchased our new HVAC system from them. They did a great job, were reasonably priced and super efficient. Then, about a year ago, the thermostat wasn't working properly and they came out and replaced. NO CHARGE. Then, just a few days ago, we realized that the thermostat wasn't working again. We thought it was because we had lost Internet service. And, we were scheduled to have our house inspected within days b/c we had sold it. I emailed Croft on a Saturday, basically hoping someone could come out Monday & fix our issue before the Tuesday inspection. Well, Butch Croft, the owner, responded to my email on Sunday & assured us someone would come out Monday morning. And, it was Butch himself! He found that another house inspector had pulled a wire at the electric breaker box that cut the power. He fixed the issue in 30 seconds!!! And, once again, NO CHARGE. I simply cannot say enough about Croft. They are great to work with and I will never go to another HVAC company. They deserve the highest of praise! I totally recommend them and the marvelous job they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done Croft!!!“
