Kasey Carrier was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. Our experience with Bold City has been among the easiest of all the renovations we have done to our historic home. They made installation quick and easy and have followed up twice to make sure our new system was functioning properly. Customer for life!
Just bought a new house with 20 year old heat pump. Had Bold City out for an estimate to replace.
Estimator very thorough and quoted a fair price for the job. Installed the next day
Installers did a great job.

We had a great experience working with Mark Finnegan and the team at Bold City Heating and Air. Mark was professional, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain our options and answer all of our questions. The service was prompt, thorough, and completed with minimal disruption to our center, which we truly appreciated.
We value reliable partners, especially in a childcare setting, and Bold City Heating and Air delivered exactly that. We would absolutely recommend Mark Finnegan and Bold City Heating and Air to other businesses and families in need of HVAC services.
