I just got home after my first appointment with Serena. While she now operates out of a different location in South Beach, everything good everyone has said fits -- she responded quickly and then got back to me when she said she would, she was responsive during the massage, and I loved her music and her kind, chill personality. She asked me the pressure I liked and then stayed within that the whole hour. She worked on my knots without hurting me (and I'm very pressure-sensitive, hurting easily). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing, restorative massage and a massage therapist who knows what she is doing.
