Best pilates work out! Clean facility and excellent instructors. My favorites are Shana, Vika and Kristin, but they are all fantastic. Always feel great after working out there. Owners Shana and Aliza are super nice and friendly. Could not recommend more!

I've been going to this studio for almost 10 years and I love it. It has incredible instructors that really focus on you and help you throughout class. It is nice and clean and the location is great too! Would definitely recommend Pilates on the Beach.

I love this place. It's close to where I live so I have no excuse to miss any workouts.I love their guided in person reformer classes because they help to push and motivate me.It's always a great experience and sooo glad this place is still here even after the pandemic closures.Will be coming regularly once again.

Pilates on the Beach is a fully equipped Pilates studio, located in the heart of Miami Beach. Our warm and welcoming studio offers many services; a variety of small group Reformer classes allowing for personalized attention from our fully certified team of instructors, private and semi-private Pilates sessions, as well as health coaching services from certified integrative nutrition experts. Pilates on the Beach classes and sessions help to increase flexibility while providing a strengthening full body workout.
