“First timer here and with a Groupon which can always be hit or miss. The open concept was interesting and not sure I still feel about it but no one else was there so I still felt comfortable.
Check in was easy and the receptionist was super nice and took time to understand what I was wanting to achieve.
The injector who is an NP (huge green flag, I’m a firm believer that an injector should have a medical background) was also super nice and took time to understand my goal.
They were not pushy to have me buy more, I only wanted Botox in my glabella area which some places won’t do they say you have to get it in all areas which is a lie, so I really liked they didn’t do that. He did explain though that sometimes depending on how each person use their facial muscles that it could create an eyebrow arc but I could always see how my results are and decide then. He still educated me and kept it realistic without trying to convince me to get it in other areas.
I waited at least a week after my injection to see the result before posting a review and I am beyond happy with my results. Better than I could have anticipated.

“Managed to get a same day appointment for a gel change while on holiday from the UK and staying locally. Due to poor application at a salon before I left the UK my existing gel manicure was starting to lift and I knew it couldn’t wait until I returned home to England. Unfortunately, before I got to my appointment I had an accident and broke my thumb nail right down the centre of the nail and half way down the nail bed, it was incredibly painful and I was unsure what, if anything the salon would be able to do to help. Thankfully the technician was clearly very experienced and took care to examine my nail thoroughly before deciding on the most appropriate course of action. She explained (via her daughter as I don’t speak Spanish) carefully exactly what she would do and took great care to ensure I was happy and understood clearly what she would do. Very gently she cut my broken nail as far down as she could and filled the top of the gel off, she then carefully attached a tip to the end of my nail to even it out and help prevent the broken remains catching and causing me pain before completing my gel change. I can’t thank the technician and her daughter enough, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names.“
