Julie is excellent. Went for a root touch up and so happy with how nice it came out, how efficient salon is. I’ve had other salons mess up the color, try to get me to do additional treatments, or up charge me for various things. Julie knew exactly what she was doing, and it came out PERFECTLY. Great shampoo/wash hands too :)
Best salon in Miami. I found Hairbox 5 when I moved from Chicago and it was exactly what I was looking for. Boutique, relaxed vibe, fair prices and great service. Dan is the BEST and always was willing to chat about my hair whenever I wanted to make changes. I always looked forward to going to the salon to get my hair done and hang out with the staff. Very welcoming atmosphere and my hair always looked phenomenal. I'd recommend Dan and anyone in the salon for that matter, to anyone!
I’ve been to Hairbox 5 Salon a few times now and I always book with Samantha, she’s honestly amazing. She’s cut my hair a couple of times and every single time I leave feeling so happy with it. She really listens, gives great advice, and you can tell she’s genuinely talented at what she does. The salon itself is always super clean and has such a warm, friendly vibe. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. It’s definitely a little gem and I’m so glad I found it!
