“Incredibly intuitive Jenifer read me right away. Her small studio in Miami Beach is just perfectly cozy with dim lighting and a relaxed ambiance.She talks and helps me to open up about things I need to change in my life. She takes a few notes and listens for key words. Then she takes a reading off of each of my fingers with her machine. We look at the info on her computer and then the best part is laying on her vibrating table as she lights incense and uses instruments and music. She moves my chakras and makes me feel more aligned as she does her magic.Of course, I don't know how she does it but then when we do the reading again, all my fields become more optimal and I feel lighter.Before I came, I had such low energy, anxiety and felt overwhelmed after going through a trauma but now after just 4 sessions, I have seen a dramatic shift. The services I received were a one hour massages , and red light facial with compression boots. I have had these services done back home and I have to say this was hands down best facial I have had. The massage was excellent pressure was perfect. I had a wonderful day and encourage anyone to give them a try PS….a perk you get full access to the pool which we spent the whole day hanging at. “I was referred to Doctors Emily and Chris (both are MD's) 8 years ago- and have never looked back!I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus in both knees in 2015, preventing me from walking without significant pain. When Baptist Hospital's top sports medicine surgeon told me there was nothing he could do, I turned to Emily for regular acupuncture treatments. “Truly a gem of a person, Avi is very skilled and professional. I have been getting massages for years due to my chronic upper back & neck pain from spending too much time focusing on the computer screen. In the first 5 minutes he cracked my back in a way that it has never been cracked, thus releasing years of tension and making me far less tense/brick-like. My range of motion improved greatly from his deep-tissue massage. Prices are extremely reasonable (especially reasonable massage price for miami beach) and I sprung for a package after my first massage. I recommend getting the package to save on massages. “Avi is probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. He has an innate understand of every muscle and joint and how all the parts fit together. When we first met, I wasn’t sure if this was going to be gentle relaxation or something more intense…. And it was indeed an intense session where me on the table had to do as much work as Avi - breathing through muscle releases and trying to relax shoulders and back and Avi went for each of the deeply buried knots.
