Lindsey is the most amazing physical therapist! She has helped me with lower back pain throughout my pregnancy and neck pain from working at a desk for 8+ hours. She gives you insight into causes and triggers to avoid and then also gives you ways to strengthen and keep pain free. She was a life saver when I hurt my neck during the pandemic, being available virtually the next day. Besides being a delightful person, she has the best bedside manner and gives you her full attention at every appointment.

Lindsey is absolutely amazing. She has transformed my whole body with her unique expertise, extraordinary knowledge, and blend of physical therapy and Pilates. I used to suffer from severe neck pain and have with Lindsey learned how to self treat. Since starting to work with Lindsey, I not only see the differences in my body, but feel them- I’m stronger and understand my body in ways I never did before. She has a wealth of knowledge and teaches you in an extremely functional, empowering manner. She is also the sweetest ever, an hour with her is gift!
