I've been using the private infrared sauna at The Shape Spa for about a month now, and it's become a real highlight of my week. The place is always clean, the staff are friendly every time I come in, and having the sauna completely to myself makes it so relaxing. It's my time to unwind and reset without any distractions. If you're looking for a clean, well-run spot with a private infrared sauna, I'd highly recommend The Shape Spa.
I use the infrared sauna here. Gamechanger. Cancelled my gym membership as I work out from home now but desperately needed somewhere to still do the sauna, thankfully I found this local gem in my area and I love it. It’s amazing!
I had a few post op lymphatic massages with Mariana and they were GREAT! I only wish I could go every week :) The shape spa is near garage parking and the spa itself is clean and quaint.
