Jordan was awesome. He explained everything to me very well and succeeded in replacing my diverter. I tried three times myself and it was stuck. I couldn’t get it. I’m happy I called Roto Rooter and Jordan came to the rescue.I do think the service is overpriced (not Jordan’s fault) but sometimes you have to pay more for a trusted plumber. I am happy I did. Thank you!
