We hired Dr. Steemer to do carpet cleaning. They were super friendly on the phone, and even got out the stains in our carpets. The tech was friendly and clean as well as showed up on time. We are so happy that we go the right carpet cleaning company. My neighbor hired a different company and well.... It wasn't the same service! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and making my carpets look like brand new again!
We used Dr Steemer to clean our carpets and rugs, as well as the upholstery on our couches. They really did a great job. We had a few stains from allowing our puppies up on the couch, and they were able to get them out with no issues! We couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
I bought a second hand 3 seat sofa with a few small stains and mostly wanted it sanitized. I was able to book an appointment just two days later. Their technician was excellent, showed up right on time, answered all my questions, and easily got out the minor stains while cleaning the sofa in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr Steemer for sofa cleaning in Miami Beach, FL.
