Miami Beach Roof Repairs
“Our mid rise condo has struggled with flat roof drainage for the better part of five years and every time we had a heavy downpour, water would just sit up there and eventually find its way into the top units. We brought Miami Beach Roof Repair in to assess the situation and give us a straight answer.
The estimator showed our board exactly where the previous coating was failing and why the slope was causing pooling. We agreed to a full flat roof repair and a new silicone membrane. We just had three days of rain and the roof is completely clear of standing water.”
Pro Painting And Sons
“We recently had the exterior of our home painted and had an excellent experience from start to finish. His attention to detail was outstanding and overall skill set really shows in the finished product. He is extremely knowledgeable about the science of paint and clearly focused on doing work that will last, not just look good on day one. They carefully prepped and painted our windows, even cleaning up old paint left from previous jobs, and they repainted both our front door and garage so everything feels fresh and cohesive. He also went above and beyond by replacing the rotting jambs and garage door seals, making sure everything was both functional and beautiful. It’s rare to find someone who is always looking for ways to take that extra step and truly breathe new life into your home, but that’s exactly what he did for us. Highly recommend.”
