Joseph is an experienced and talented therapist. He was able to zero in on the problem areas I had, and he knew exactly how to prepare my body for all the tennis I was in town to play!!! He went above and beyond by sharing advice and resources for self-care techniques and recovery. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you Joseph!

After running the Lifetime Miami Half Marathon 2024, I sought out Joseph’s massage therapy services for recovery. Having experienced severe soreness post-marathon before, I was impressed by how Joseph’s unique techniques significantly reduced my discomfort right away. This quick recovery allowed me to enjoy Miami instead of being bedridden. Joseph’s professionalism, detailed approach, and helpful running tips were remarkable. Joseph is the only massage therapist that I have met who truly understands full body mechanics. I have been struggling with a stiff neck and he is the ONLY person that has been able to help. He truly is a Body Mechanic. He also provides so much useful information to help you move forward. He is simply the best in his field!!

My services mostly provide outcall services to residence, hotel or place of business. Offering all forms of Massage and Manual Therapy for Pain Management, Alignment, Mobility and stress reduction. Also providing Stretching for athletic performance. The work consists of 30 years of training and working in the field. Offering 60/75/90 minutes of various modalities.The work is fairly strong/deep, NOT A SPA MASSAGE!
