What really sets Joseph apart is that he provides personalized exercises tailored to your specific needs, helping you continue your progress between sessions. He is professional, kind, and clearly passionate about his craft. I left feeling better, more mobile, and with a better understanding… read full review

Joseph gave me a fabulous treatment workout at short notice when I hurt my back following England in the World Cup. I immediately realised I was in the hands of an expert. Great skills, sensitive to my needs. Highly recommended. I wish he was in England!
