Joseph is a wonderful person and somehow an even better massage therapist. I’ve done multiple sessions of his structural integration therapy and have genuinely seen improvement from chronic low back and hip pain. Joseph educates me on proper posture/movement and even goes out of his way to find informational videos on related subjects to send to me so I can continue to heal/improve
I am an avid runner and I went to Joseph due to shin splints. I am a doctor myself and I can say he is extremely competent and did amazing work! I booked a 1 hour session but he ended up treating me for almost 2 hours, charging me for only 1 hour even though I insisted I want to pay for the 2 hours. I got a lot of great input from him and he sent me exercises I can do at home after the therapy session. From the first minutes on I understood that for him it is all about relieving my pain and not making a lot of money. Great personality, impressive expertise, 100% recommendation!!!
Had a really great experience with Joe and would definitely recommend him if you need a good sports massage. He was super attentive and took time to focus on the specific areas where I was feeling tight and sore instead of just doing a generic routine. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing.
I also appreciated that he incorporated stretching throughout the session, which helped a lot with mobility and loosening everything up. Joe checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was good and that he was hitting the right areas, which made it feel really personalized.
