Dr. Alexandra is so amazing, I love her and her team! They take such great and gentle care of my dog, they even learned her temperament and are teaching me about her! Today we came in for a grooming and they noticed her irritation in her ears and offered some medicine and a game plan for allergies. Thank you, Alexandra and team!
Best vet in North Beach, if not the world! Alexandra is so sweet and caring to all your pets needs. I have been going to her for about 10 years now and I know my kitties are always in good hands. You can trust that your fur babies will be well taken care of because she is extremely knowledgeable in the field of veterinary medicine. In addition to being in tune with your pets unique personality she always treats them with love and affection. Great prices, TLC & great staff. Highly recommended!! 5 paws up!
Dr. Valencia went above and beyond for our family and our 12-year-old senior dog, Luke. His condition was very difficult to diagnose, but she remained attentive, thorough, and determined to find answers every step of the way.
What meant the most to us was that even while she was on vacation, she continued to check in and make sure Luke was receiving the care he needed. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine compassion gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time.
Thanks to Dr. Valencia, Luke is doing great now. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who truly cares about her patients and their families.
