Mike was punctual, professional, and did incredible work.I have two dogs, both of which, have long hair, I play beach volleyball, and love to take my truck off-road in the mountains regularly. It was an amazing experience which I NEVER say about a dentist but the wait time was very little, my tooth feels amazing and the dental hygienist (younger blond lady) was so sweet and caring and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was absolutely amazing (they both were) and we were cracking jokes while I was getting the procedure. They made me so comfortable the second they walked into the room. I would definitely recommend!

Black cats are so hard to tattoo, let alone well, but I love how he captured my cats goofy face and personality (his goofy white patch and bald lip are so endearing to me. Terry got all the details! Also, his name is Maitai, hence the drink - which is also baffling how beautifully it was done alongside my kitty!). You can absolutely see his skill! Can’t wait for tattoo #2 with him later this month.

After a major excavation project to build some “flat” space at my house, I quickly realized I needed a grass solution asap. Being right in the middle of June I knew I was late to the game. Many folks didn’t even call me back. Other than some initial issues with not receiving emails for the estimate (a technical problem on their end), RJ was responsive and helpful. He even brought me samples of artificial turf to my work so I could make a quick decision. Install was done with care and I feel confident in the quality of work we ended up with. There were two areas I thought needed attention and RJ came out quickly to resolve those minor issues. I didn’t have enough time to shop pricing so I don’t know how he compares on that front - but it’s worth noting he underestimated the amount of sod needed and didn’t ask me to pay for the extra since we already had a signed agreement. That kind of integrity goes a long way and is exactly why I like to do business locally. Give GW a shot!

The front office staff are friendly and helpful. The dental staff are all kind, professional andefficient- I was concerned when the practice sold- but Virginia stayed on with the front desk and she adds a sense of continuity and knows the long term customers. The new name” Dental Spa” initially concerned me- as I was a long term client for fillings and caps etc- but Virginia is so down to earth I lost my apprehension and stayed with the practice. I’m glad I did as my dental care to date has continued to be excellent.

I cant speak on her practice now, but Dr. Irwin-Richard treated me long ago at Gentle Smiles I believe, she was the best dentist I have ever had, my mouth was completely destroyed from an old sports injury and she put out out all of the fires I had going on with my damaged teeth. My only regret is not living close to her location now, as I would definitely choose her without question. With all due respect, she does absolutely the best for her patients and has an empathy often missing from doctors that is truly appreciated! Thank you!!

I have been coming here for a year for teeth cleanings with Chris. She is so gentle and personable and does a great job! Today I had my first cavities filled with Dr. Heilman and Terri the dental assistant, I was terrified but they calmed me and were so gentle that I didn’t feel anything the entire time! The numbing has worn off and I’m not even sore. The filling is very even and no adjustments will need to be made.Checking out is very easy, Ariyona and Bobbette are very kind and explain any billing questions and insurance questions - as that stuff can be very confusing.Thanks Dr. Wachuta for building such a kind culture at your dental empire :)
After a new problem manifested, massage therapy wasn't fixing it for the first time. One visit to Dr. Ruppel and started feeling relief. After the second, more. Looking forward to a couple more visits to get it all fixed. Except, the visit was also fortuitous as he found I had a bulging disc as well. I feel very lucky to have been referred to him!
Dr. Lee does a good job. After several treatments the back problem did not recur. I'm going to see him for a new problem, but it's been at least 5 years since my last visit.

There are no “packages” or appointment subscriptions to purchase, just the treatment you need when you need it based on your individual situation. His adjustments are thorough and we always feel great when we leave!
I have been going to see Dr. Akers since I was very young (for at least 20-25 years). He is a fantastic chiropractor and teacher. He really cares about you and the health of your entire being. Today he told me that I need to be nicer to myself and give my self some slack. I recommend anyone to go see him and to invest in and teaching and online course products he creates with his amazing knowledge.

What a gift the staff and doctors here have been to us. We moved to the area from out of state 7 years ago with our small cat Tyco, who had both food and vaccine allergies. He has always been an important part of our family.Nine months ago, at 16 years of age Tyco was not tolerating food and weighed less than 7 lbs. Dr Achee, who had been through something similar with her own cat, gave me liquid steroid and syringes so that I could administer daily steroid shots in the skin at the back of his neck. Tyco rebounded beautifully and in the last 9 months we've spoiled him rotten!He eventually lost interest in food again and became very fragile. Two weeks ago his hips gave out and it was time to euthanize him.Everyone did an amazing job of helping me with the process, from explaining what would happen, to letting me hold him throughout and allowing me time alone with him to say goodbye.I picked up his cremated remains (beautifully preserved in a small carved wooden box) a few days ago and today I received a lovely card signed by the entire staff with notes of support and condolence.As a retired RN, I recognize kindness and strength in others. Thank you to everyone at Lookout Mountain Animal Hospital for going above and beyond what is expected. It means so very much!

This is hands down the most caring vet i have ever been too. I recently had my puppy diagnosed with parvo and on the recommendation of my aunt i brought him to this vet when another one failed me. They worked hard to save my puppys life. They helped me apply for care credit so i could afford to have him hospitalized, and now 2 days later, he isnt completely better but he is leagues ahead of where he was. I can’t recommend this hospital enough! Right after New Year’s Day, we had an emergency with our cat. They got us in immediately. We had to bring him back for three days in a row for a full day of iv fluids. Needless to say, this was very stressful! The entire team was absolutely amazing each time. They helped us every step of the way. We were able to text any time during the day to check on Nico. They were incredibly responsive & supportive, even though they were busy. We felt as though we were the only clients there. Nico completely recovered and is happy and healthy! He is a shy guy, but they knew how to handle him with special care. This place is different from any other vet. I highly recommend them! Thank you so so much for being there for us & Nico!

My little dog was sickly this morning, and when I called my regular (now former) vet they told me I'd have to wait days to be seen. Grace at Genesee Veterinary Hospital got us in to see Dr. Lederman this morning! I realize this may have been a stroke of dumb luck as their clinic must be very busy. The care, kindness, and compassion Dr. Lederman showed to my little guy during his exam was unparalleled. He was even giving her kisses by the end! Decided to take my dog to Aspen Ridge to get his dental after researching a number of places and getting a few quotes. Dr Taylor and the staff were awesome, very caring and thoughtful of my special dog with separation anxiety. The price was reasonable as well which will help me keep up with regular dentals. My dogs teeth are now squeaky clean and his breath are all better.

He focuses on bring the body back into correct balance and is a stickler for positioning. I am a 53 year old with 2 herniated discs in my neck and a history of numerous sports-related injuries including multiple broken bones and torn ligaments. For years I had chronic neck and back pain which prior yoga, chiropractic, and physical therapy helped but never completely relieved. My brother referred me to Christian, and after each session I saw steady improvement. Then December 2018, after several sessions with Christian where i was starting to feel really good, I was thrown off my horse and ended up with a fractured sacrum and hip (nondisplaced) with a lot of soft tissue damage and bruising. I was absolutely amazed how quickly i recovered from this injury, which I think was a combination of having been in a much better state pre-injury, and continued very gentle sessions with Christian. Within 2 weeks i was walking well, and back on the horse in 4 weeks (not exactly following doctors orders but I felt good enough to ride). I have continued the work with Christian and at home following his guidance and for the first time in years i am completely pain free, despite my recent accident. It is now April 2019. I cannot recommend Christian enough to anyone who needs to bring their body back into balance.

Loose as a Goose. That is how I feel after a 90 minute session with Kit. I went in with classic tight hips and hammies that caused lower back pain. Kit relieved those issues and gave me exercises to keep things loose.
I absolutely LOVE Tiffany. I had a bad injury from falling down the stairs many years ago. and her healing hands really helped me. I continue to personally see her when I get a chance and have recommended her to my family and friends. It's been 12 years and I still can't recommend her enough.
I worked with Bruno for personal training (virtually) and found him kind, thoughtful and extremely valuable. He is experienced and very intentional about understanding your needs and listening to your questions and experiences. I was amazed by how carefully he picked up on alignment details over the video- and really appreciated the followup he shared after each session. Definitely recommend!

I first booked an appointment with Clyde to help my husband with myofascial release but after my husband came back with such positive feedback, I had to try for myself. I normally get spa style massages but since seeing Clyde and feeling true tension release, his style is now my preference. He tailors each massage to fit my and my husbands needs. He offers more focused sports style massage as well as full body destressing massages. And he is very reasonably priced. I can't recommend Clyde and Golden Sports Massage strongly enough.

Sammie is such an amazing coach and physical therapist! She genuinely cares about her patients and athletes. She goes above and beyond checking in and making sure any injuries or small niggles are being addressed.For PT, each appointment is one and one and she maximizes each minute to get a full evaluation with workouts/treatment. She also works with my very limited schedule getting me in for an appointment (so so grateful!). As an athlete, you don’t just feel like a number or like you are apart of a copy-paste program. She checks in weekly and updates training plans as needed when injury or life happens. Overall, I have never felt stronger as a runner thanks to Golden Endurance and highly HIGHLY recommend to any runner!
I had a nagging (and performance-limiting) issue with my lat and shoulder. I had tried a number of PTs, researched potential issues extensively, and tried all kinds of self-treatment. Nothing worked. I got a recommendation to see T.H. David and I'm so happy I did. Within a few weeks he had tamed the lat issue, and within a few more he had the shoulder issue under control. He was able to isolate movement patterns and biomechanical issues unique to my body that were contributing to my pain. He gave me a combination of exercises and movement cues that have been super helpful in my recovery. I highly recommend T.H. whether you have something new or have been dealing with an issue for a long time!
