After a new problem manifested, massage therapy wasn't fixing it for the first time. One visit to Dr. Ruppel and started feeling relief. After the second, more. Looking forward to a couple more visits to get it all fixed. Except, the visit was also fortuitous as he found I had a bulging disc as well. I feel very lucky to have been referred to him!

The best chiropractor I’ve ever found. I’ve seen chiropractors since I was seven years old on and off. I finally found someone who I will stick with. He spends an hour with each new patient and 30 minutes with establish patients. If you are sick of these chiropractors, who get you in and out in three minutes, this is your person. He does soft tissue work every single visit and other modalities that might be necessary depending on the patient. Actually spends time with you, follows up on how you feel from last visit and actually cares. He could totally see double the amount of patients he does but he actually cares about patient care. I have a degenerated, L5 disc, Parkinson’s and trouble with my sciatic nerves. While visiting family in Denver, my back began to bother me, such that I was not sleeping well at night. My stepson recommended Joel at Thirty3 chiropractic. I was amazed at the relief he was able to give me in a short period of time. Dr. Joel’s technique of adjustment is exceptionally thorough and effective. It makes me wonder why all chiropractors don’t follow the same method.
