I highly recommend both acupuncture & cupping treatments with Kimball and Ayurvedic coaching & Ayurvedic treatments with Shanti. Both modalities have been very healing for me physically and mentally as I move through life transitions in my 50s. In fact, TCM and Ayurveda have helped me in ways western medicine has not been able to assist me. I am always impressed with the time both Kimball and Shanti spend listening to my needs and using their vast knowledge of TCM and Ayurveda to treat the body and mind holistically.The treatment rooms are clean, private and peaceful. Absolutely love this studio and its community. The teachers are spectacular and the studio is gorgeous. Allegra is my favorite teacher I’ve ever had. Her classes are both challenging and meditative and breath work is an emphasis which makes it easier to do the more challenging moves. She has a good sense of humor and great taste in relaxing music and thoughtfully brings both to the class. I could go on. Truly transcends the typical yoga class, it’s a wonderful experience!
Abhyanga Oil Treatment is unlike any Massage I ever had. It's a treat for the Body and Soul. The warm Oil feels amazingly luxurious. Combining it with Shirodhara brings the experience to another level. Loved it!
