I had such a great experience with Steve at Sew & Vacuum World. He did a wonderful job cleaning and maintaining my vacuum, and I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was. After several years and many very frustrating attempts to get my Husquaverna sewing machine to stop freezing up and jamming, I called this shop to ask about repairing it. I expected it would be something major. When I dropped by, Steve took the time to rethread the machine and bobbin, dust off the bobbin case, and adjust the tension. Miracle of miracles, the machine sewed problem free! He explained a different way (different than the manual) to feed the bobbin thread and advised me on proper tension. Steve took about 30 min troubleshooting an issue with my sewing machine. He educated me on how to take care of the machine and how to adjust the thread tension. He did not charge me for it! I appreciated the knowledge and kindness
