“I cant speak on her practice now, but Dr. Irwin-Richard treated me long ago at Gentle Smiles I believe, she was the best dentist I have ever had, my mouth was completely destroyed from an old sports injury and she put out out all of the fires I had going on with my damaged teeth. My only regret is not living close to her location now, as I would definitely choose her without question. With all due respect, she does absolutely the best for her patients and has an empathy often missing from doctors that is truly appreciated! Thank you!!“

“I have been coming here for a year for teeth cleanings with Chris. She is so gentle and personable and does a great job! Today I had my first cavities filled with Dr. Heilman and Terri the dental assistant, I was terrified but they calmed me and were so gentle that I didn’t feel anything the entire time! The numbing has worn off and I’m not even sore. The filling is very even and no adjustments will need to be made.Checking out is very easy, Ariyona and Bobbette are very kind and explain any billing questions and insurance questions - as that stuff can be very confusing.Thanks Dr. Wachuta for building such a kind culture at your dental empire :)“

“The front office staff are friendly and helpful. The dental staff are all kind, professional andefficient- I was concerned when the practice sold- but Virginia stayed on with the front desk and she adds a sense of continuity and knows the long term customers. The new name” Dental Spa” initially concerned me- as I was a long term client for fillings and caps etc- but Virginia is so down to earth I lost my apprehension and stayed with the practice. I’m glad I did as my dental care to date has continued to be excellent.“
