Francis Veterinary Hospital provides excellent care with a professional and caring staff. They demonstrate exceptional compassion, especially in difficult situations such as end-of-life care. The veterinarians, including Dr. Burger, are knowledgeable and empathetic, taking the time to explain processes and offer comfort. The hospital's staff is responsive and caring, making them stand out from other veterinary practices. They have shown great kindness in helping pets through tough times, including end-of-life transitions. The team is thorough, educated, and always provides personalized local pet care. Their dedication and compassion earn the trust of clients, who appreciate the priceless care they receive for their beloved pets.
We have taken all of our dogs to Francis veterinary since they were pups. They are attentive and listen to our concerns. They take their time with each pet and don't rush through the visit like it is an assembly line. We have an anxious dog, and they are very gentle and caring with her. From our first well puppy visit to the final visit, I know that they had the best care and love. I would never take my pets to another vet. I highly recommend Francis Veterinary Hospital for all your pet's care.
I have been taking my animals here since I was a little girl. About 10 years ago the new Veterinary Doctor took over the practice, and she is absolutely amazing! Even if I moved, I would drive a long distance so my fur babies could get the care they deserve. They always work with my mother, and I make sure that our goals are being met with our animals, but also giving their sound knowledgeable advice.
Dr. Burger always spends lots of time with my pets and me and shows real concern and professional knowledge. The follow up has also always been good and thorough. She and her staff have great bedside manners, too!
