RTB Exteriors is a company that handles siding and window projects. Most contractors only want big projects, but RTB took care of a siding repair instead of trying to up-sell a project. They found the exact siding product and color and repaired the affected areas to look brand new at a very reasonable rate. The owner and support staff were responsive and accommodating, and the crew worked quickly with attention to detail. By protecting the home from moisture intrusion and complying with the HOA, RTB took a big problem off the plate.
RTB also installed new windows. The entire team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were reliable, showed up exactly when they said they would, and kept the customer informed throughout the entire process with excellent communication. The quality of their work exceeded expectations.
RTB installed a new window package in Parker in the fall of 2024. They documented hail damage directly to the insurance company, which led to an entire new window package. RTB exceeded expectations. The installation crew followed specific installation requests, and final punch list items were quickly and completely attended to. The new windows have a noticeable impact thermally, overall comfort is better, and the bills have dropped a bit. RTB does not represent any one window manufacturer and offers many different siding and window products.
RTB was chosen for windows on a very large and complex residential project in the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs. The project lasted close to a year due to numerous mistakes made by the window manufacturer. The RTB team was involved to get that job across the finish line. Communication, coordination, and service was the best. Windows, siding, and custom trim work was absolutely beautiful.
Customers are very happy with siding repair. The team was hands on and available with great communication. The crew was incredible, professional, prompt, and attention to detail was fantastic.
