Brandon came out to give us a quote for some work on natural gas lines - he made great suggestions on how to accomplish what we needed, provided a reasonably priced estimate, and we agreed to have the work done the same day. These guys are the best. Daniel is top notch in every way - communication, quality of work, detail. Daniel always pick up my phone calls regardless of what silly thing I ask him. Brandon is also fantastic and clearly cares about his craft. Been using BradCo for 4 years between rentals and personal home and I will not be going elsewhere.
Quick. Friendly. Communicative. Transparent. Those are the qualities I'd describe Brad Co. Dan was not only helpful in fixing our water tank problem, but he was extremely informative and transparent in what the problem was and what could be our future issues with the system and what we should look out for. He took more than enough time to explain it and reassure us of what we can expect. I will 100% be using them in the future for all of my heating and plumbing needs!
