“Jing was absolutely amazing! I went in needing some tension released from pretty much my entire upper body. She listened and delivered a massage that targeted my needs. If you need a lot of pressure, she can incorporate ashiatsu in the treatment which can deliver pressure greater than your normal massage. I'd recommend it especially if you are an athlete! Jing was personable and fun as well, and don't worry, she will not chat your ear off by any means. Her office is also in a very calm area with quiet surroundings and easy parking which is a big plus knowing how busy Golden can get nowadays!“

“Injured the same shoulder twice in one week snowboarding, I believe I sprained my AC joint pretty good. I had to take Ibuprofen around the clock for the first 2 weeks. About 4-5 weeks after the accident I still was having a lot of issues and saw Dr. Eve for a session. “I've been working with Bruno on Foundation Training for a couple months, and it has been incredible. I had an back injury 6 or so years ago, and it started a whole cascade of aches and pains and seizing, and loss of core strength and flexibility. Foundation Training with Bruno has made all the difference -- he is very knowledgeable. He read my posture, listened to my body complaints, and put together a set of exercises tailored to my issues. I am honestly a little stunned at the improvement in a just a few months from doing some simple exercises with Bruno's guidance. My core is definitely stronger, but also more flexible. I am able to do movements that I thought were no longer available to me because of loss of flexibility. I don't feel any twinges when sneezing. I don't wake up in pain, or toss and turn all night. In fact, I used to think my bed was hurting me, I woke up with such discomfort and stiffness. That is all gone -- the difference from a couple months ago is (surprisingly!) huge.
