From the beginning, the consultation process was incredibly thorough and prepared me really well for what to expect during treatment and afterward. Tara, my laser tech, is wonderful. She is warm, personable, and somehow makes an hour of laser hair removal go by surprisingly quickly! She is also very attentive to comfort and has been great about adjusting the laser settings and her technique as needed to make the treatments as comfortable as possible.
