Right from the beginning, the instructor took the time to gauge our mood and tailored the flow impeccably to match the class vibe. What impressed me most was the thoughtful sequencing, as each pose seamlessly built upon the previous, culminating in a peak pose that was both challenging and achievable. Throughout the session, the instructor's gentle adjustments enhanced my experience, guiding me to better alignment and deeper connection. The curated music selection added a wonderful ambiance, perfectly complementing the practice. To cap it off, the delightful touch of lavender towels at the end was a refreshing treat. Highly recommended!

The best studio around! I’ve been coming exclusively to this studio from Denver for 3 years. They offer a variety of classes but my favorites are Buti yoga & Primal Flow! Come try something new & sweat it out with amazing people that will become friends. Very welcoming community and amazing teachers! I love Rise ?‍♀️ ❤️
