I was unsure if I wanted a half up half down or all the way up in a messy bun. For my trial she listened to excatly what I wanted and started with the half hair and then moved to showing my what the bun would look like. She never made me feel like I was ever asking for to much and she was so supportive. Any concern I had she listened to and changed right away to make it perfect. The day of the wedding she made everything perfect and I would change absolutly nothing about my hair. She is so sweet and kind, she even took to the time to put a little gel in my dads hair becasue we kind of forgot about his hair the day of! I've been going to Hot Shots for many years now. Kayla is my colorist and stylist, and she is extremely competent and skilled at her job. She knows her stuff. I often hear her coworkers at this salon ask her for advice or her opinion, and she is always quick and confident with her answers. She listens and pays attention to my preferences, but she also gives her honest professional opinion when needed. Everytime I come in for my haircut and color, I always get compliments on my hair from complete strangers that I come across at places where I stop by to run errands on my way home. Never fails! People stop me to tell me how pretty my hair is! Note that I have about 70% to 80% gray hair, and I started coloring it pink about 4 years ago, and I've maintained it till now. It's a tricky color to pull off, but whatever Kayla does with my hair, it's always sure to make heads turn. And even weeks after my salon visit, I still get compliments, even from men!

Karynda has cut both of my sons hair a few times (ages 2 & 4) and every time we have been more than happy with their haircuts. Both of them are a little nervous about getting their haircut but every time Karynda has helped them feel at ease and relaxed. She even has a cut firetruck for them to sit in during their haircut.

They offer tea, coffee, water, or sweet treats while you wait. The owner who scheduled us was very kind and accommodating. She was super clear with her communication, including confirmation texts and updates. My daughter and I have thick curly hair and Jenny not only gave us outstanding haircuts and styling but taught us great hair care regimens too! So grateful for our wonderful experience!! I had been going to the same stylist for roughly 30 years in Dublin. After moving to Vacaville, the drive and scheduling became too much. Time for a change, and I settled on going someplace local... Town Square Barbers. Tim delivered a level of attention I did not expect. He took his time, and when I went to visit my stylist friend, she complimented the quality of my haircut. High praise, indeed. Yes, it's a Barbershop. They are guys. They talk about sports, they laugh and give each other a hard time. But there is also a camaraderie that feels like stepping back in time to the old days. They have a consistent flow of regulars that stop by for a cut or shave or just to say hi. Not something I was used to, but something I enjoy. I've taken my kids here when it's imperative they get a top notch haircut, and they always know they'll walk out looking amazing. They're busy on weekends, so make sure to book an appointment. Again... if you're not sure ask for TIM. I appreciate the craftsmanship.
Rudy's is a classic barbershop. At least 7 chairs that are usually cutting every day. It's also super kid friendly. It's easy to book an appointment thru booksey, too. I really like this place.

Josh cut my grandson's hair. Josh listened intently to what he wanted his hair to look like, then he got to work. The cut took about 40 minutes and my grandson was pleased with the results. The shop was clean with great colors on the walls. It felt welcoming and there was plenty of seating for patrons to wait comfortably. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to so many other busy businesses nearby. Arrive early so you can have enough time to park.

This review is for Emily. She has been cutting my hair for years since she worked at Chadbournes in Fairfield. I followed her when she began cutting hair at the Beauty Box. Emily was referred to me by a friend. Emily is a great stylist. She keeps up with trends, is friendly, and is very talented. If you ask her if a style will look good, she is honest and supportive of trying new things. She will tell you if something is not a great fit if you don't want to change your routine or if its's not flattering. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is great. As for the actual salon, it's very clean. They have some upgraded amenities to make your time there feel elevated but never snooty. The stylists and other pros have a nice rapport. Very welcoming establishment. Emily and the cute salon vibe make driving 25 miles to my haircut worth it.

I had a Brow Training Class with Kendall & Naimee a few weeks ago and it was such an amazing experience for me! I was so nervous but excited at the same time, Kendall and Naimee really helped me with my nerves and made me feel more connected while learning. I had my lashes done years ago and I thought they looked great, but they never lasted. I had lashes on my pillow and in my sink every day. I book with Becca every three weeks routinely and my lashes always, always look great. On addition to her work quality, she is a beautiful person.

My waxer was great. She was friendly and comfortable to work with, knowledgeable for any questions, thorough and high attention to detail. I appreciated that she constantly checked in on if wax temp was comfortable or how I was doing pain wise with the waxing. Though the waxing was nearly painless and was fast.
The place is very clean feeling, from the lobby to the rooms, and the bed was very comfortable to lay on.

First time here and seeing Jeanna for a deep tissue. My only complaint is that the location is down a windy road and I get incredibly car sick! But once I got on the table, I was good to go. I have been having sever lower back pain and Jeanna listened to all my issues. I feel like this was more of a medical massage, she really helped! My next appointment is already booked.

Pricing is very competitive, and much lower than the local massage chains, so it feels good saving money and supporting a local business. Recently lost one of our cattle dogs. She was part of family. Met with Junior and little him run with it. I wanted a realistic portrait. Boy did he deliver!!!. Anyone who sees it will know it's Ellie. Could not be happier with the result. Junior was very meticulous and friendly. He will be doing any more tattoos that either by wife or myself get. She wants Ellies collar with her paw print in the middle. We can't wait to see his design.

He's very versatile. He works quick and methodically. He doesn't lollygag, or take a million breaks, and he is great about scheduling. Surprisingly, these are traits difficult to find in most tattoo artists. This is why I ALWAYS recommend Ponderosa to anyone who asks where they should get a tattoo. We used Shane over 7 years ago at our first house when we had an electrical outlet issue. He went above and beyond for that experience and I've had his number in my phone since. We sold that house and bought our current home just under two years ago. We've been meaning to call Shane to add some outlets and fan rated boxes in our ceilings but been busy. Fast forward to today, July 2nd, I found my external electrical panel smoldering. With quick thinking from my neighbors & myself, the damage was just to the inside of the panel (thanks Fairfield Fire and Tyler with PG&E as well) and everyone is fine. We started calling/texting every electrician we knew as this weekend is the first scorcher in Solano County and we have two kids and a dog.. and of course it had to be 4th of July weekend. Many were out of town, some could come this afternoon to look at it, one gave an outrageous quote (probably because of the holiday weekend), and then Shane called me back. I explained that we've been calling people and told him about the quote. He said it shouldn't be that expensive and people were just taking advantage. He explained he lives in Sac but could have one of his guys come out. Brandon came out an hour later, did a thorough inspection, and got to work. He was able to get a few parts from Lowes and got us up and running in 2 hours. Much appreciated on a holiday weekend! Highly recommended.

My salesperson, Casey, was very helpful in explaining all my options of flooring that would be right for my home and lifestyle. I ended up with a great product called RevWood Premier by Mohawk and a beautiful carpet for my master bedroom. Other than the bedroom, I had the RevWood installed throughout the house. The installers, Gary and Jordan, did a wonderful job. Gary kept me informed of the process and updated me each day of what to expect. When the RevWood was completed Tony came in and installed the bedroom carpeting. The whole process went smoothly and I can only say that I am extremely pleased with the results. I don’t usually write reviews, but in this instance I highly recommend Gillespie’s.

They did the work as described, good quality. Very responsive to our particular needs. He talked me through what he would do to remove the nest, made sure to take his time so the wood of the shed wasn't damaged, and then let me know what to expect over the next couple days as the wasps adjust to having their nest removed. I've had Sentient perform exclusion on two homes I've lived in and have always been so impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They've noticed entry points that rodents were entering I would have never noticed. I've also had them pigeon proof our solar panels and the the netting looks really nice and blends in with the roof and panels. The best thing I can say was during the pigeon proofing they found some glued/cracked roof tiles our home builder tried to cover up. We had a couple spares that Sentient cut and installed for us. Not a lot of tradesman have that kind of integrity to pause the job and show the homeowner problems on the roof unrelated to the job. Can't sing their praises enough. Definitely will hire them again in the future if we ever move!
Our business switched to Clarks' Pest Control after not having a great experience with our previous company. It was the best choice we made! Our technician Logan is the best. Turkworks just completed our backyard landscaping. We are extremely happy with the entire process. They were able to start our job a little earlier than expected and completed a little earlier. We hired A-2-Z to do a large project in our back yard earlier this spring. The project included removing the old yard, replacing the sprinkler system, sodding the new yard, and weed control on a hill. I provided Chris, the owner, with a sketch of what I wanted for the backyard. He walked through the space, listened AND heard my requests and provided his recommendations. He then quickly turned-around a sketch and quote to confirm what I envisioned for the backyard. I requested the project be done in 2 to 3 phases, and he was very accommodating. To date, we've completed 2 of the 3 phases (including concrete walkways, pavers, decomposed granite, privacy trees, drought tolerant plants, fruit trees and lighting), and I look forward to working with Chris and his crew on the 3rd phase.Chris, the owner, answers all questions quickly. Chris and his crew are consistently on time, professional, hard working and kind. Chris, Gerardo (leading the crew) and the crew all worked cohesively and as a team. Chris, knowing over the course of this project, that I liked a certain plant, he took the initiative and let me know that an owner of another project was removing the same plant, and offered it to me so it would not be thrown away. Very thoughtful. I recommend this family owned company and his crew.

An absolutely pleased customer!!! I have worked with this company last year when I needed bushes removed from my yard that were causing major allergies around our area. Tony was so quick to respond, and was readily available. I think one of the best things about this business is that you tell him what you want done and he gets the job done very well! Every time I ask him about the price after I name different yard work around my yard, he surprises me with such a great price especially in today's economy. I passed out during the night and fell hard and fast on the bathroom floor. Waking up I immediately knew I was out of alignment. I was in a lot of pain. I made an appointment a few days later when I realized I was not getting any better. Something was off. Not broken ribs, I knew that… but I needed help. I called the office and was able to be seen that day. when I arrived at the office and explained my symptoms I was treated with the best care and advice. I am a regular Pilates reformer gal so a few days after the adjustment, I was told to let my body rest, when I returned to Pilates class I was thrilled to find my range of motion was so much better then before I fell. And no pain. No pain!!!

Hey everyone After a few weeks of treatments on the DRX9000 there was a 50% reduction in pain and upon completion of the entire treatment I think I feel about 70% but dr still working on me with adjustment and treating L3. They are trying their best to get me feel better, hopefully at 100%. I truly recommend this treatment to anyone with back pain to go visit them, they will help you to feel better.
Vacaville is so blessed to have Dr. John and Dr. Allison. I started seeing Dr. John when I was pregnant with my second child. Not only did he help keep pain and discomfort to a minimum, he helped flipped my baby over from his breeched position during my third trimester! It took two only adjustments and after the second session I was driving home and literally felt baby do a cartwheel! Now I go to Dr. John for immediate pain relief with migraines and tension body aches. I won’t trust anyone else! Soon I’ll bring my kids over to see Dr. Allison. Dr. A and his entire staff have gone above and beyond for my animals. He is a veterinarian that really takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet. Elizabeth, (a long time tech at Dr. A's) is so extremely knowledgeable and she really loves animals.As busy as vet clinics have been over the past few years, Dr. A never rushes the appointment. I've had a few Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that I took to Dr. A over the past 10 years and he has treated them so well. I also have had cats that saw Dr. A. He is very gentle with them and his techs do a phenomenal job. I recently sent a few family members to see Dr. A and his team...they were also really happy with the care their dogs received.
Dr. K and her staff at Oak Animal Hospital are truly amazing. They take the time to listen to you, completely exam your animal and not rush the appointment time at all. I have been going here for over 14 years and each vet has been exceptional. They don’t push extra tests or costs and are wonderful vets!

I thank them so much for that. Something I wish I could’ve done. They are an amazing hospital/clinic. The sympathy and care while I was there and even after is unmatched. I am forever grateful for this establishment. Thank you for giving me what I regretted not getting.
We have been coming here since 2019. Dr. Singh and the entire team has always taken the best care of my dog, they always take their time answering all of my questions and concerns, never make me feel rushed. Dr. Singh really takes his time and has a very great way about making you feel heard, but easing your mind. I have had a few bad vet experiences in Socal... I can tell you the service and care received here is like none other, to the point, we use to live up here, live in Socal, but I literally come up every few months to keep Dr. Signh and the team. I know without a doubt my dog will be taken care of and we won't be turned away. After ER visits inn socal and trying to follow up with a "primary there" and was turned away.. without hesitation we made the drive back up here so Alice could be seen by her normal vet here, Dr.Singh. The entire team here loves and cares about your baby, and if you tell them the situation and they think your baby needs to come in sooner, they will try their best (within capabilities, busy is busy and they are only human, people need to understand sometimes, in order to give your pet the best care and if they are busy, there just isn't an opening) to get you in as soon as they can. Dr.Singh also took care of our cat, that passed two years ago. We lost our cat to large Cell lymphoma, and while waiting on the biopsy when she started to really not do well, Dr gave us prednisone and gabepentin to help her, and help keep her comfortable. Even though he said usually he waits for the diagnosis, he understood she wasn't doing well and he gave it to us early to help keep her comfortable. Dr.Singh is someone you and your babys can trust. Also shoutout to Esparanza who is always smiles, happy to see us, understands we travel to and from here from Socal, always gets us in, encourages me to send photos if I am ever worried and away, and also handles my 1 million questions, but always makes me feel heard, validated and never rushes me. Honestly don't understand the couple of bad reviews, I think people forget this clinic IS busy, because they are good at what they do. If someone isn't getting back to you promptly, it's not because they don't care, every baby is important. Every baby matters. But like human hospitals, some babys need a little more attention, some cases come before others because they are more urgent as inn time could be the difference between life and death. Maybe as a registered nurse, I understand the concept of everyone is important, but some people/pets may need to be prioritized first, but that doesn't mean they will not get you in or don't care. Don't let the couple of bad reviews steer you away, it should speak for itself that they are always busy and full and that I literally drive from Orange County here when we no longer live up here so my dog can be seen by a trusted, caring vet. In January, we came here to get my dogs yearly dental because I don't trust any other vet to put my dog under, when VCA said she needed an endoscopy, I said nope, we will follow up with Dr.Singh, and if he thinks she needs it, he will be the only one doing it. I can ramble a little, and the clinic knows that and is patient with me, anyhow I can go on for years on why you should choose this vet to be your primary vet.
The doctor here REALLY cares and listens and is EXTREMELY smart. He’s helping my cat get through being newly diagnosed with diabetes and this place from the assistants to the doctor care as much as I do about making the right choice and what’s good for our finances and ensuring us that everything will be ok. The doctor is just amazing and is super thorough. I love this place. They really gave me the comfort I needed with this difficult diagnosis. Thank you so much Pawsh!
I recently had the best vet experience I've ever had here. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, kind and patient. The doctor himself explained things thoroughly and anticipated the question I would have asked - what would he do if it were his cat?
I also wanted to add that I know a lot of people dislike masks but I showed up with my respirator and felt relieved that they were wearing surgical masks so I didn't have to worry as much about my kitty bringing home an infection that could hurt me (or him).
We have a followup appointment and feel lucky to have found this place.

Amazing Place Dr. Dhaliwal gave me an extra 3 months with my pup when all these new school vets who charged an arm and leg told me he would only last 3 days. Im so very thankful for all the staff and the Dr for treating my pup special i drove 1hr and a half to get there and they fit me in same day.
First day I had a great service, they has been confusion at all of our dogs appointments & hours of operation are a bit confusing. We did buy the monthly plan, unsure just yet how helpful that will be.

I cannot say enough about Kayla and her healing hands! I went in today completely broken—my sciatica was flaring, and I could barely walk. She not only worked deep enough into the muscles to release the pain (that “hurt so good” feeling we all know is necessary), but she also incorporated stretching that truly felt like it reset my whole back. I came into Peaceful Springs Spa on the heels of a deeply frustrating day! I’d driven out to the Vacaville outlets hoping for a little retail therapy—something to lift the weight of an already rough week—but instead found them eerily dead. No crowds, no good deals, just the empty feeling of wasted time and rising disappointment. That might’ve been manageable if I wasn’t already spiraling after a professional function that went sideways really badly really quickly--something that left me rattled for days.
By the time I pulled into the Peaceful Springs parking lot, I was tense to the point of aching. I’d booked a one-hour massage thinking it might take the edge off. But the moment the session began, I realized this was going to need more than an hour. My massage therapist—whose English was limited, but whose professionalism and presence were flawless—was incredibly intuitive. She left no area untouched, no knot ignored. Without me having to utter a single word, she found every iota of tension in my body. Her handwork was methodical, strong, and deeply focused. I’ve had many massages before, but this one felt different—like she was reading the stress off my muscles in real-time.
Halfway through, she suggested adding cupping. I hesitated—I’ll admit, my only real association with cupping was Michael Phelps and those giant purple spots during the Olympics. Jenny was my masseuse and is fantastic.
The spa rooms are clean and the spa itself appears to be well managed. The only downside, for me, was the front door notification bell. It is quite loud and pulled me from a deep meditation a couple of times.
I am making Moon Spa my new go to place.
I should have posted this over a year ago. Dale taught my daughter how to drive and I'm glad I went with him. He actually gave her homework and didn't have her run errands like I found out years later that my older two children did when they were learning with a different school.I would reccomend him.

He saved my daughter’s weekend! She was scheduled for her drive test on a Monday, I was not aware you needed to attend a driving school before behind the wheel, I called him on a Wednesday and he was able to squeeze her in last minute! Super professional, very funny, Aliyah said she was very comfortable and gained so much from Peter (Instructor) Will definitely go to him again for my other children.
