The staff were exceptional from the check-in, follow-up, and check-out! The hospital staff were professional, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service. My pup and I absolutely loved Dr Grijaldi "Jenny" energy and care. We both felt welcome, appreciated, and taken care of completely! She was knowledgeable and professional. My only issues were the staff shortage and very long wait time.
Dr. Grijalva, Marvette and Cydneye all went above and beyond to help my little dog that ended up having an eye ulcer. They were really friendly, knowledgable and explained everything in a way I can understand. They stayed almost 2 hours after closing so they can run tests and provide treatment. I have never met so many friendly people happy to help even after closing and on a saturday night. I wiould definitely recommend them
The Vetco Total Care in Vacaville, California, Petco store provides high quality veterinary services in a clean and friendly environment. My dog was not stressed by the examination and the medical evaluation was thorough. I was extremely satisfied.
