Then the young people that they trained showed up and started working out and having fun. I was sold. I signed up my son and he worked with Bishop twice a week. Since working with coach Bishop he has been increasing in strength and speed but the most important thing was his confidence in himself. What more can I ask for.
I highly recommend this training space for all ages but specifically for teens and young adult but no other gym had programs specifically setup up for my son's age range. Thank you“

They push you hard but also meet you where you are and don’t judge. They make you laugh most of the time and cry once in a while when it’s time to go up in weight. I am 15 lbs down and my body composition is totally restored since my post Covid slump. Very grateful and kind of reluctant to leave them a positive review. I don’t want them to be too busy for me :-)“

1705 Branham Ln # B5, San Jose“I’ve been going to F45 for a couple months now, and I absolutely love it! The variety of exercises keeps every session fresh. I really appreciate how you can go at your own pace, so it works for people at all fitness levels.
I’ll admit, it was a bit intimidating at first to figure out where to be and what to do, but everyone around me was so helpful and kind. The coaches and other members really make you feel supported, and you get the hang of it after just a few sessions.
What really sets F45 apart for me is the sense of community. Working out alongside other motivated individuals is incredibly inspiring, and the energy in the room always pushes me to give my best. The positive and welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back.

I've been going with my mom for over a year and it's a great habit we've adopted. Sessions are a combination of weights, cardio, trx, and stretching, changing each time, with a focus on mobility and strength. The exercises within the session are slightly different to keep us each challenged. Stephen is a positive force; he's very professional, and carefully crafts exercises for all ages. Gym is clean and there's a restroom on site.“

He's very focused on helping you recover fast and in addition to chiropractic treatment he usually has suggestions on lifestyle changes. We changed our pillows on his advice and that has been a game changer for quality of sleep. Through his motivation I was able to eliminate the need for visiting him but I do take my mom in for adjustments once in a while. I highly recommend him!“
“I had a lingering knee injury that lasted for about 3 years. I hurt my knee playing basketball, and after being sore for a couple weeks, it never fully healed (maybe 70%). I couldn't run for any sustained period of time, and thus my cardio exercise was non-existent. Cut to the chase-- I came here, and they helped get my knee back to 95%! I can run and squat now. The massages and exercise regimen was just the right level of intensity to both heal and strengthen my leg. For context, I got treatment in late '22, and a year later, no major setbacks to my knees other than the normal aches and pains of not being young any more.“
