I have been lifting weights in gym for years myself but always found Jiu-Jitsu requires different type of strength. I always find not able to use all my strength in rolling.

I came back to working out after a year and a half of pointless self initiatives and I realized how much I need someone on my back Supporting me, pushing me to my next level. In 6 weeks I've doubled my strength, and I'm near my pull up goals from never being able to do it ever in life. This place rocks, Matt, Serena, Bishop are incredible and know their stuff. I've signed up for a year! Only con is parking can be a little tough during rush hour but their flexibility makes it easy to adjust. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I had a fantastic experience training at this gym. Matt and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They not only tailored a program to fit my needs, but also took the time to educate me so I could better understand the purpose behind each workout.
I came in with a pre-existing jiu jitsu injury, and they were very mindful of it—creating a safe, effective training environment. After years on the mats and the usual wear and tear that comes with it, I found their approach not only improved my performance but also supported long-term longevity.
