The Sunnyvale team is awesome, they adapt to any new issues that come up based on how my body feels on any given day. Slow motion weight training has really helped with my endurance while downhill skiing in the winter! It helps to have the supportive trainers close by to remind me to breath!!!

I am a couch potato so I need all the encouragement I can get and I get that with the folks at The Perfect Workout. I am on my 3rd month and am already seeing some really good results - I am very pleased! All I can say is try it for a month and see what you think!

Love the perfect workout! It's been absolutely great for me. I came because I felt like I needed to shake up my workout routine- and because I was approaching my 60th birthday and a wedding! I had specific goals in mind- I didn't need to lose tons of weight- but I needed to tone, and strengthen. I have acheived all of that and more! I've lost weight- and inches, I'm much stronger and definitely more toned. All in all- definitely well worth the time, effort, and money!
