I'm much more aware of how I move now and I often hear her voice telling me to "grow taller" so I do! He's very focused on helping you recover fast and in addition to chiropractic treatment he usually has suggestions on lifestyle changes. We changed our pillows on his advice and that has been a game changer for quality of sleep. Through his motivation I was able to eliminate the need for visiting him but I do take my mom in for adjustments once in a while. I highly recommend him!“

We've made exercise a regular habit and have learned a lot about weight lifting, best of all we get to do it together. We've trained with multiple trainers over the years, but currently train with Kristin. We appreciate her flexibility and how she puts a lot of attention into accommodating whatever ache or pain we may have, whatever else you may have going on in your life, and is attentive to our goals. This is a family run business and you can feel it. The DeRosa's are always so friendly and caring, checking in with us whenever we see them. In addition, all the other clients we've met are friendly.“

The Facility & Culture: The gym is meticulously clean and maintains a wonderful, airy environment—it never gets that stuffed and crowded feeling. It attracts a great crowd, and the trainers are incredibly encouraging to everyone on the floor.
Training with Adam (Owner): I spent my first year building my foundation with Adam. He is incredibly patient, fundamentally honest, and helped me tremendously with my weak and injury prone areas. He was also completely accommodating with my early morning schedule.
Training with Sepano: For the last year, I’ve been working with Sepano, and he is fantastic. He meticulously works around my physical constraints and always explains the reasoning behind our workouts. He is constantly exploring the latest apps, tech, and AI to keep his techniques modern, and we have great conversations about life and tech. He’s highly flexible with my changing schedule and always open to feedback.

He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to develop a custom workout plan, considering goals, capabilities, and general life circumstances. He has been very reliable and professional and flexible when necessary due to my work schedule changes. We rarely repeated a workout, almost every time we met the routine was different, though still focusing on the same muscle groups which made it interesting and fun. Also shared his knowledge about nutrition, which is another important component when working out. I can highly recommend Matt, no matter at what state of your fitness journey you are, at the beginning, advanced or a pro. He will help you reach your goals.“
