My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday, and making candles turned out to be such a perfect birthday activity! It was fun, relaxing, and gave us plenty of time to chat and enjoy the experience together.
We had so much fun choosing our scents and creating our own candles. Everyone got to make something unique to take home, which made the celebration feel even more special and memorable.

We were having a problem with two Sycamore trees in our front yard. After receiving a strong recommendation from the manager of a local turf supply store, I called Mike Evans, owner of West Valley Spray. Mike responded immediately, and after having me describe the problem we were experiencing with our Sycamore trees, Mike explained that the problem was not likely to be what I had thought it might be, and went on to tell me why he came to this conclusion. Mike then made a couple of recommendations on what I could do on my own to determine the real cause of the problem, and how best to resolve it, and that was that.
In short, my conversation with Mike was both educational and very heart-warming. That Mike would take the time to speak with me for several minutes, diagnose the problem, and then send me on my way to resolve the issue on my own, and at no charge for his time, has caused me to write this review. Based upon the questions that Mike asked me, along with his recommendations, I am extremely confident that Mike's advice is right on the money, and I'm looking forward to having him help us to care for the many other trees on our property.

jay is phenomenal! We reached out after our friend's dog chewed a piece of our hand woven rug, and he had us bring it in the very next day so he could inspect the damage. He explained the best carpet and rug repair option, shared helpful background about the rug, and gave us great advice on cleaning, stain care, and regular maintenance. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he also has a beautiful selection of rugs and padding available. Our rug was returned fully repaired, carefully vacuumed, and looking refreshed in just a few days. Beyond the quality of his work, jay was very kind and kept us informed through each step of the process. the communication was clear, the turnaround was fast, and the overall service felt professional from start to finish. we really appreciated how thorough he was and how much care he put into restoring the rug. i would absolutely use him again for rug cleaning, carpet care, padding, or any future repairs. we highly recommend his service, and it is hard to find this level of skill and customer care.

She knows what to do and how to make you look absolutely splendid. I have moved out of town since last 4 years but I make sure to visit her every time I am back in town. I will see her again this week. Yippee!
WNH Construction did the Earthquake retrofit in my house. They are one of the contractors listed in the EBB’s website. Their quote came way lower than the other quotes. They had several open dates available within a month to complete the work. Their workers were polite and professional. If I had questions, their office always responded promptly. There were no surprises. After the retrofit work was completed, the San Jose City inspector went in the crawls space of my house and inspected the work and he told me that it was done to code and he signed it off. I am happy with WNH Construction and would recommend them to others.

Got my first professional hair cut in YEARS today by Alex and she absolutely killed it, my hair looks so good, it feels so soft and I keep playing with it! Going in today I was so nervous. I feel like even nervous is an understatement because of how poorly my last hair cut went (different studio, different stylist). Alex regained my confidence in the professional world of cosmetics! I've been going to this salon for awhile and after my amazing hairstylist moved I tried a different stylist there for a haircut. Irene did an AMAZING job!!!! I'm so happy with this cut! It was a last minute haircut after a botched husband haircut Kristen was awesome with getting me in last minute too! I highly recommend this salon. On an added note..... parking is easy!

The Shampoo experience is whole delight by itself, with the beautiful night scape lighting overhead and the skillful massages.
I've been going here for almost a decade and I love this place! My previous stylist unfortunately moved, but all the MA stylists are talented. I switched to Chellia and have not looked back since. She is just the sweetest. I feel truly heard, seen, and taken cared of. We start every session by discussing what I am looking for, then she helps me evaluate what is the most realistic and healthiest option for my hair. Next, off to a relaxing hair wash. Chellia is considerate in preserving the length of my hair, which I really appreciate (I still have nightmares about losing 12 inches of hair when I asked for a 2 inch trim at another salon what seems like centuries ago). She also checks in often. The result is the exact haircut I dreamed of (with minor adjustments due to just my genetics haha). The cherry on top of an already wonderful sundae are the people. The receptionists are so sweet and Michael is an absolute joy. He makes me laugh every time. Also, he doesn't age at all! I'm so jealous!

I had a mani/pedi before an upcoming trip/wedding. Li and Karen were both wonderful - so friendly and welcoming as well as very detail oriented and patient. They made sure the polish was dry before leaving (and I blocked off enough time to sit for a bit). This is a small, independently owned business that has been around for 37 years! Karen shared that some of her clients knew her when she was pregnant and have now seen her child get married. As others have mentioned, the prices are quite low, what I would call pre-inflation pricing, so tip generously!

I had an amazing experience with Stacy and my K-tip extensions! She did such a beautiful job—my hair is now full, long, and incredibly healthy-looking. The extensions blend so naturally that no one can even tell I have them done!
The hair arrived quickly, and Stacy’s service throughout the appointment was exceptional. Since K-tip extensions take several hours, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time—she even microwaved the food I brought and had drinks available. We also had such great conversations, which made the long appointment fly by.

Superb experience. I asked my friend where she got her hair done because I saw how nice her haircut and color was. I don't get easily impressed when it comes to haircuts, but that was a great cut. I booked an appointment and I was not disappointed. It's probably the best cut I ever had. The owner is super friendly and accommodating for such short notice. He's booked well in advance, so if you plan to visit, book ahead! I don't think he takes in many new clients, but it was worth a shot.

I have been using her services since you started the salon and even now that I moved to Morgan Hill I'm still driving to Cupertino every month cause I don't trust anyone else with my hair. I LOVE this place. After many years trying to find a good hair stylist I finally found this place. Service is top notch, she really cares about her clients and takes time to understand what you want. it's about passion with her. She really enjoys what she does and she doesn't do it for the money, but to help people feel and look at their best. My haircut was fabulous, hair color was perfect and there are little, wonderful 'perks' like the cookies and tea you get every time, and this last time I was here for a long time and she even gave me some salad so I wouldn't be hungry. This is, by far, the BEST hair salon you will find in the Bay Area!

Dr. Sun is caring, methodical, patient and super knowledgeable. She helped me with my knee pain and swelling post surgery. Dr. Sun without a doubt is one of the best acupuncturist in the South Bay Area, and I have seen and been to quite a lot of them to be able to say this with confidence.
My friend and his mother have been seeing Dr. Zhu for many years and highly recommended her to me. From the moment I walked into her clinic, the space felt very special, calming, safe, and healing. The atmosphere, scents, and overall energy immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Zhu is not an ordinary Eastern medicine doctor. She treats with deep compassion and sees the whole picture of your body and mind rather than just isolated symptoms. After my treatment, my body especially my lower abdomen felt warm for the entire day, which rarely happens for me.
Most of her patients come through referrals, and that alone speaks volumes about her work. If you’re unable to reach her easily by walk-in or phone, keep trying. she is absolutely worth the effort to be seen.
Dr. Cao is absolutely amazing! He has incredible expertise in sports injuries and is by far the most knowledgeable doctor—Western or Eastern—I have ever seen. I went in for a strained ligament in my left foot. Before my appointment, I couldn't even walk properly and relied on crutches. After just one treatment, I was able to walk normally again! The pain decreased significantly, and I can finally put weight on my left foot without discomfort. I highly recommend him!
