Shortly thereafter Frank arrived at my home to provide quote for a QuietCool smart-attic fan; extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional! I accepted the quote and Ged the installer promptly arrived the next day. Ged exceeded my expectations! He explained the features, demonstrated the smart app and installed the fan. Since I’m not one to frequent the attic he even provided pics of the installed fan and connectivity, The Whole House Fan company has ole school values and customer service. “Had a stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday. Called Rooter Hero and they came out on Sunday and cleaned out the line totally fixing the problem. They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!“

“Another great service experience. A couple years ago needed a gas water heater replaced. Wanted to go with a hybrid. Looked at the SMUD rebates and list of SMUD contractors.

I got three bids. TRC was the best price of the three--in one instance by about $2,000 less. (Don't know that that one contractor was thinking--it was essentially the same job with the same/comparable heater).

Needed to replace another water heater--again wanted a hybrid to replace a gas water heater. Contacted TRC. They were responsive, found the best rebate scenario, and showed up when scheduled.
