She did a good job on my hair. I came with a lot of hair and she styled it by cutting it and adding layers. But she did SUCH a good job. My hair now curls up on its own, without product. No other hair stylist has turned my hair into this.

I recently moved to the Gold River and had been looking for a new barber when I came across Barber and More. I just needed a quick low taper on the sides and back for a family event this weekend, so I decided to walk in and I'm glad I did. Gerald (Gerry), the owner, was able to fit me in even though it was a busy day. He was super easygoing and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable, especially being there for the first time. I showed him a few reference photos on my phone and he really took the time to understand what I wanted.
During the cut, Gerry checked in often, explained what he was doing, and made sure I liked how everything was coming along. What stood out to me was how open he was to feedback. He even said if I noticed anything I wanted adjusted later, I could come back and he would take care of it no extra charge. That kind of customer service is rare and definitely appreciated! The fade came out clean and exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a solid barber in the area.

I went in with a bad acrylic set from another salon, and Nikki helped me fix everything! I walked into the salon with the idea that I would have the acrylic removed and get a dip powder manicure. Once I sat down in Nikki's chair, she suggested I get Gel X since it is less harsh on your natural nail and allows you to have whatever length of nail you'd like. I tend to like extremely short nails, which isn't great when applying tips. I walked out with the perfect length, shape, and color nails. Nikki educated me on tmGel X, the fill process, and what makes Gel X nails so different from conventional acrylic or dip manicures. Her customer service, fun attitude, and friendliness were one of the best salon experiences I've had. I will definitely be coming back for a fill with Nikki!

It's simple make an appointment if you do not want to wait. Kim is great, Linda is great. All of the nail techs are good at what they do. As for nail design choices, you won't have a problem finding what you want!! Infact, you might be a little overwhelmed by your choices. There are so many display hands to decide from. Their pedicures are pure luxury.

Called Legacy Plumbing 10 minutes before closing with a water leak at the house shut off point, and was able to have Joey come out in the morning the next day. Joey did an amazing job on the repairs and answered all my questions about the repairs and also general questions not related to the repairs. It was the best situation for a major inconvenience resolved in a timely and professional manner.

I sent Alex a few photos, and he immediately figured out it was a cracked elbow joint in the service line. He came out the next morning and replaced it with a sturdier setup. Discovered my water heater was leaking and called Global Plumbing & Rooter service. Oleg (owner) said he would be out later that day. 3 hours later, his man Vadim arrived along with a helper and they replaced the heater with a new unit. The job was done professionally and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service at a reasonable price.
Anthony Albericci is a great plumbing technician. First, he came to identify the problem for the toilet leak and give a written estimate for the toilet reset and toilet replacement. We decided to go with the toilet reset and Anthony came back to fix it. He did a wonderful job. Everything was done professionally and we would recommend and use Boyd/Bonney again.
I have worked in the wastewater business for many years, and I have to say that this company's customer service is excellent. Additionally, the prices are fair, the work is done correctly, and no mess left behind. And, no up sale hype. They show up on time. assess the situation, take the necessary actions, clean up and convey their findings t the resident. Couldn't ask for more.

It was inside a bedroom closet. He was able to reroute all the wires and put a Beautiful outside breaker box and cover. I feel much safer with the new box and I worry for less about fires

Well, Tom Sullivan was right. Use Blue Valley floors! We had our entire house converted to Red Oak Hardwood. We had some “existing hardwood”, also Red Oak, that we were concerned would be a difficult color match. No problem for BVF, it came out a perfect match. You can’t tell the Existing from the New! One of the biggest reasons we used BVF was because they could get the job done a week earlier than the competition. This was extremely important to our overall remodel project. Thank You BVF, great job and it looks fantastic!

Steve and Heather’s expertise in construction and the Design-Build methodology created a collaborative, open-book, and highly responsive process that allowed us to complete the project in an incredible 11-month timeframe.
They also introduced us to Nick at Greyscale, who did an outstanding job preparing plans for construction and permits. Staying on budget and managing minimal change orders was made seamless through the use of Buildertrend software. Their support documentation for our construction loan payment process was always spot on, which made a complicated process feel manageable and organized.
One of the things that made Tankersley Build Co. such a great partner was how approachable and easy they were to work with. They consistently took the time to explain nuances, technical details, and processes in language that was clear and understandable. Cost efficiencies were always a priority as well. For example, once the team was able to move operations into the building, Jimmy proactively returned the rented unit to help reduce project overhead costs. Rented equipment was returned quickly to keep costs down.
Site management under Jimmy, the Superintendent, was exceptional. He runs a tight ship, and the site was always clean, organized, and well managed. Safety and security onsite were clearly a top priority, and Jimmy ensured all safety protocols were consistently communicated and adhered to throughout the project. Project plans were easy to access both online and at the job site, which kept communication transparent and efficient for everyone involved.
Jenn, the Office Manager, was always quick to respond to my questions or needs and consistently made us feel supported throughout the process. During our “FORE Feeding Families” golf tournament fundraiser, Jenn created a beautiful booth to welcome and greet our golfers, which meant so much to our organization.

I even got solar heating for my pool from them. Now my pool is warm for an extra 3 months of the year! Charla in the office was great with the scheduling, and great communication! The person who did our termite inspection missed the termite frass in the house we were planning on buying. It was given the clear but during the final walk through I found termite frass on the corner of the room (I wasn’t there during the inspection). The first picture shows proof that there was stuff (likely frass) in the corner during our first time visiting the house proving the evidence WAS THERE. We just didn’t notice it because we were excited for the home. The next three pictures shows the frass found on the final walk through. Then the seller got another inspector to come and proved that there is an active termite infestation. Overall, a lot of headache would have been avoided if this were to be found during the inspection phase. We’re at risk for losing our deposit if we back out now. Imagine if it wasn’t found at all. The only saving grace is that he didn’t charge us the $150 for the initial inspection but still, missing evidence of an active termite infestation is terrible and losing $3,500 is worse than $150.
Used these guys a couple of times. Pesky woodpeckers in the neighborhood, they came promptly and installed netting on the eves. One of the eves was 3+ stories up, so not for the feint of heart...

Went to Dr. Tanabe today as a walk-in out of desperation, as I don't have a regular Chiropractor. Dr. Tanabe made time for me, even working through his regular lunch hour. I cannot say enough about the absolute care he has for his patients, and even I guy like me coming in without an appt. Dr. Tanabe was extremely thorough and spent quite some time with me getting my lower back, back in place. He used stretching and some massaging so that my angry back muscles gave in enough to get my spine realigned. I have definitely found a new Dr. for when I have back and spine issues. I have gone to Chiropractors on and off for almost 40 years and Dr. Tanabe has been the absolute best I've ever experienced. If you have a spine or back problem, do not hesitate, call him today. He will get you fixed!!
These guys are awesome! They take care of our whole staff from dispatch to drivers and are quality over quantity! They helped one of our drivers with a broken back who was told by the Dr he couldn't do anything but surgery and brought him back to feeling normal again. Also with myself I've had a hard time breathing and Dr. Gunderson told me I had the issue before asking me if I'm short of breathe! This guy is a 1 in a million find and amazing to say the least! If you're interested in someone who cares about their clients and seeing your health succeed this is the man to go to for your physical care! I first discovered Gunderson Chiropractic several years ago when I was working in the area. At the time, I had a stiff neck and just felt off overall, so I scheduled a visit. After just a few appointments, I started feeling amazingly better.
Since then, I’ve become a huge fan of Dr. Gunderson—and I’m not the only one! My entire office staff loves him too. Even though we’ve all moved to a different location, we still drive 30 minutes out of our way just to see him because he’s that good. I’ve even gotten my wife and son going there, and now it’s become a family routine we genuinely look forward to.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Gunderson takes his time to really listen and understand what’s going on. If you arrive early, you can even relax in one of the full-body massage chairs while you wait—such a nice touch!
It’s rare to find a chiropractor who’s not only skilled but also truly cares about the whole experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Me and my mother went to Igne's massage last night so she can help me with the chronic pain I have been dealing with for 3 years. Her massage was so therapeutic that I fell asleep and woke up free from all the pain that has accumulated in my neck and upper back. She is very kind and plays ancient Tibetan Singing bowls which offers sound healing during the massage. I just recommended her to my family and friends in Old Fair Oaks. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Joni had her work cut out, as I am coming off chemo and a year of stress. Joni takes her time to identify where your stiffness is coming from and works your whole body to get it back on track. The room is warm and the massage table comfy. I will be going back again.
We have been coming to Happy Day Spa for years and love the great value and consistent massages. We especially love Rocky, Kevin and Monica. They give firm but relaxing foot massages. We highly recommend this great value foot massage.
I got a good deep tissue massage and she did a free hot stones with it which was nice
