We've been going here for a while now. The service is wonderful - the owner rashly knows her stuff, and she gives good advice and makes sure we know exactly what it is we're asking for. My daughter got a perm and cut that was really cute. Originality she wanted her hair dyed a bright color, but after finding out what the ongoing cost would be, and how much it could damage her hair, she opted for letting her beautiful natural color. I have curly hair and my cuts are always perfect to help maintain its bounce and show off my curls in the best way possible. This is hands down one of the very best salons in the county.
Mia is the best hair stylist I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Her skills and technique are great and she really knows her way around Asian hair. The first time I went, she gave me a consultation on what she thinks would look good with my face shape and it delivered. I’ve had multiple cuts, color, and toned hair from her and each time the results come out fabulous. Her tools and products are also high quality so you can tell she cares a lot about her craft. Genuinely one of the best barbers for the price. It's a family business and they have lots of experience. For a simple haircut it is always less than 30 minutes, and the price is reasonable. Chill atmosphere inside as well.
I recently moved to the Gold River and had been looking for a new barber when I came across Barber and More. I just needed a quick low taper on the sides and back for a family event this weekend, so I decided to walk in and I'm glad I did. Gerald (Gerry), the owner, was able to fit me in even though it was a busy day. He was super easygoing and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable, especially being there for the first time. I showed him a few reference photos on my phone and he really took the time to understand what I wanted.
During the cut, Gerry checked in often, explained what he was doing, and made sure I liked how everything was coming along. What stood out to me was how open he was to feedback. He even said if I noticed anything I wanted adjusted later, I could come back and he would take care of it no extra charge. That kind of customer service is rare and definitely appreciated! The fade came out clean and exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a solid barber in the area.

Called Legacy Plumbing 10 minutes before closing with a water leak at the house shut off point, and was able to have Joey come out in the morning the next day. Joey did an amazing job on the repairs and answered all my questions about the repairs and also general questions not related to the repairs. It was the best situation for a major inconvenience resolved in a timely and professional manner.
The repaire man Ben helped out and helped save my unit before I had to worry about expensive costs later. He even put in future orders for costs that may come later if a part goes out. Thank you

We had multiple toilets repaired. Our service repair person explained the problem and what he was going to repair them. Another reason why I always choose Iverson.
Had some water pooling in my front yard and porch around the supply pipe, so I contacted R Box. I sent Alex a few photos, and he immediately figured out it was a cracked elbow joint in the service line. He came out the next morning and replaced it with a sturdier setup. Fair price, super friendly, and really knowledgeable. Definitely calling R Box again for any plumbing needs

Discovered my water heater was leaking and called Global Plumbing & Rooter service. Oleg (owner) said he would be out later that day. 3 hours later, his man Vadim arrived along with a helper and they replaced the heater with a new unit. The job was done professionally and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service at a reasonable price.
Anthony Albericci is a great plumbing technician. First, he came to identify the problem for the toilet leak and give a written estimate for the toilet reset and toilet replacement. We decided to go with the toilet reset and Anthony came back to fix it. He did a wonderful job. Everything was done professionally and we would recommend and use Boyd/Bonney again.
I have worked in the wastewater business for many years, and I have to say that this company's customer service is excellent. Additionally, the prices are fair, the work is done correctly, and no mess left behind. And, no up sale hype. They show up on time. assess the situation, take the necessary actions, clean up and convey their findings t the resident. Couldn't ask for more.
My wife and I hired Chris Gilwee for installing all of the electrical equipment for our outdoor kitchen.
He and his son arrived quickly and finished within a few hours. Everything worked great.
The next day I had a problem with getting power at the kitchen. I called Chris and he came within a couple of hours. Turns out the main breaker feeding the sub panel shorted out.
Chris discovered the problem quickly and replaced it. All is great again.
Needless to say I'm keeping his number for the next electrical project.

We have lived in our home for over 30 years and have trusted Mr. Electric of Rancho Cordova with all of our electrical needs for the last 8 years. Even though we participate in SMUD's HomePower program, most of our projects are not fully covered by it, but we still choose to pay out of pocket and go with Mr. Electric because their quality is unmatched.
They have successfully completed a huge variety of jobs for us, including replacing ceiling fans and GFCI outlets, fixing complex faulty wiring for 3-way and stack switches, swapping old overhead fixtures for sleek can lights, adding new outlets, and setting up exterior motion-sensor security lights. Most importantly, they handled a massive safety upgrade for us by replacing our entire main electrical panel and removing all of the hazardous, old Zinsco breakers. They also performed a comprehensive Electrical Home Safety Check to officially bring our 50 year home completely up to current codes.
The owner, Victor, provides excellent communication and manages every project successfully. The technician, Oleg, is absolutely awesome! Oleg has many years of experience and it shows. He clearly knows exactly what he is doing, and his workmanship is flawless. Both Victor and Oleg are professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. The work that James did was just fantastic! I used another company once before and the stains that they said were clean kept coming back. Not so with AGC! The whole house looks as good as new.
We also had them clean the tile in the kitchen. Our grout had become very dirty and James went over the grout by hand and sealed the grout to prevent any staining. He did such a good job I had him do both bathrooms!

The person who did our termite inspection missed the termite frass in the house we were planning on buying. It was given the clear but during the final walk through I found termite frass on the corner of the room (I wasnβt there during the inspection). The first picture shows proof that there was stuff (likely frass) in the corner during our first time visiting the house proving the evidence WAS THERE. We just didnβt notice it because we were excited for the home. The next three pictures shows the frass found on the final walk through. Then the seller got another inspector to come and proved that there is an active termite infestation. Overall, a lot of headache would have been avoided if this were to be found during the inspection phase. Weβre at risk for losing our deposit if we back out now. Imagine if it wasnβt found at all. The only saving grace is that he didnβt charge us the $150 for the initial inspection but still, missing evidence of an active termite infestation is terrible and losing $3,500 is worse than $150.

Went to Dr. Tanabe today as a walk-in out of desperation, as I don't have a regular Chiropractor. Dr. Tanabe made time for me, even working through his regular lunch hour. I cannot say enough about the absolute care he has for his patients, and even I guy like me coming in without an appt. Dr. Tanabe was extremely thorough and spent quite some time with me getting my lower back, back in place. He used stretching and some massaging so that my angry back muscles gave in enough to get my spine realigned. I have definitely found a new Dr. for when I have back and spine issues. These guys are awesome! They take care of our whole staff from dispatch to drivers and are quality over quantity! They helped one of our drivers with a broken back who was told by the Dr he couldn't do anything but surgery and brought him back to feeling normal again. Also with myself I've had a hard time breathing and Dr. Gunderson told me I had the issue before asking me if I'm short of breathe! This guy is a 1 in a million find and amazing to say the least! If you're interested in someone who cares about their clients and seeing your health succeed this is the man to go to for your physical care! I first discovered Gunderson Chiropractic several years ago when I was working in the area. At the time, I had a stiff neck and just felt off overall, so I scheduled a visit. After just a few appointments, I started feeling amazingly better.
Since then, Iβve become a huge fan of Dr. Gundersonβand Iβm not the only one! My entire office staff loves him too. Even though weβve all moved to a different location, we still drive 30 minutes out of our way just to see him because heβs that good. Iβve even gotten my wife and son going there, and now itβs become a family routine we genuinely look forward to.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Gunderson takes his time to really listen and understand whatβs going on. If you arrive early, you can even relax in one of the full-body massage chairs while you waitβsuch a nice touch!
Itβs rare to find a chiropractor whoβs not only skilled but also truly cares about the whole experience. I canβt recommend this place enough!

My large dog had a foxtail in her ear at 7:05pm and our regular vet closed at 7pm. Veterinary medical center was able to get her in same day and home before 10pm. The front desk and phone staff was extremely helpful and I could tell every member of the team that worked with my dog knew everything about her case! The doctor, Dr Khan, was able to remove the foxtail under sedation and first sent the vet tech out to show me the foxtail and then the vet himself came out to tell me how the procedure went. They even deep cleaned both her ears while she was under at no additional charge! When my dog was ready to come home, a third staff member came to help me get her into the car and explained everything once more in case no one had told me yet. Overall great communication and very fair pricing!!
Me and my mother went to Igne's massage last night so she can help me with the chronic pain I have been dealing with for 3 years. Her massage was so therapeutic that I fell asleep and woke up free from all the pain that has accumulated in my neck and upper back. She is very kind and plays ancient Tibetan Singing bowls which offers sound healing during the massage. I just recommended her to my family and friends in Old Fair Oaks. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Joni had her work cut out, as I am coming off chemo and a year of stress. Joni takes her time to identify where your stiffness is coming from and works your whole body to get it back on track. The room is warm and the massage table comfy. I will be going back again.
I got a good deep tissue massage and she did a free hot stones with it which was nice
