I just can’t say enough about this store. I have been going crazy trying to figure out all the things I need picked out for my pool, my builder told me to go to NPT to browse. I walked in greeted by a gal named Jenni. She was amazing. She is super knowledgeable and has great advice on picking colors and tile. She made the entire process seamless and easy. I actually enjoyed it! She’s a great listener and knew exactly what products to direct to towards. If you need need anything pool related, this is your store and she is your girl! Thanks again for helping me with this exciting process

We are refinishing our 2000 circa pool that had not been done by the previous owners so had a big learning curve especially with finish and tile choices. Jenni is outstanding to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable about all the different choices but most importantly willing to listen to your needs. Also help with colors too which we definitely needed. They have made a somewhat stressful process much easier. Thank you!When the pool is finished I will update the review with photos.

Met with Kevin and he was super helpful on guiding us through picking out tile, coordinating colors, looking at different options, etc. Great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them if you’re doing a pool.
