“I recently moved to the Gold River and had been looking for a new barber when I came across Barber and More. I just needed a quick low taper on the sides and back for a family event this weekend, so I decided to walk in and I'm glad I did. Gerald (Gerry), the owner, was able to fit me in even though it was a busy day. He was super easygoing and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable, especially being there for the first time. I showed him a few reference photos on my phone and he really took the time to understand what I wanted.

During the cut, Gerry checked in often, explained what he was doing, and made sure I liked how everything was coming along. What stood out to me was how open he was to feedback. He even said if I noticed anything I wanted adjusted later, I could come back and he would take care of it no extra charge. That kind of customer service is rare and definitely appreciated! The fade came out clean and exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a solid barber in the area.
